All aspects of that are the nature of awareness, the king of all-creating mindfulness, which is pure. In particular, in the Sutra Requested by Khas, it says: Non-grasping is generosity, non-abiding is discipline, non-guarding is patience, non-exertion is diligence, non-thinking is meditation, non-objectifying is wisdom. It is like that. Training the skill of practice on oneself. Mixing with circumstances. Fourth, from the meaning of the original pure state of reality, having recognized the meaning of Kadak, training the skill of practice on oneself involves three aspects: mixing with circumstances, placing in the womb, and the method of blocking. First, training the skill by mixing with the circumstances of the three self-liberations. The Meaning Instructions say: Introduce the five poisons as self-liberation, introduce the five gates as self-liberation, introduce the six aggregates as self-liberation. Having become proficient in this way and having settled down, the meaning of Trekchö is determined, etc. Omniscient Longchenpa said: The five poisons, the five gates, and the six aggregates are said to be the three self-liberations. Here too, similarly, first, the self-liberation of the five poisons is: Whatever of the five poisons of affliction arises, which destroy lasting happiness and steal the life of liberation, without abandoning it, by placing it in the great natural state of self-liberation, it will widely burst forth as the five wisdoms free from grasping, primordially liberated. Similarly, whatever coarse or subtle thoughts arise from it, without negating or affirming, by placing them in the state of whatever appears, it will become self-liberation in the great Kadak. The self-liberation of the six aggregates is: For the six objects of sense, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, textures, and dharmas, whatever affirmation or negation arises from the six aggregates of consciousness, including the five gates and the mind, by loosening them in their state in a great natural way, they will be liberated into the great groundless state of primordial emptiness. Omniscient Longchenpa said: In the three poisons, the five gates, the six aggregates, and all objects, whatever arises is ground-liberated, primordially liberated, abiding naturally. Without distraction, without abiding, liberated in the nature of reality. The king without attachment, the ungrasping arises. Thus he said. Placing in the womb. Second, placing such a nature in the womb of the four ways of abiding is: Like that, the self-luminous awareness that has been introduced as being beyond thought and expression, without engaging in the grasping efforts of the mind and the antidote of deliberate meditation, abiding without change is

View is like resting the mountain king. Like the three ways of resting explained earlier, do not grasp or modify the appearances of the six consciousnesses. Like the ocean undisturbed by waves, in this state, place awareness in a clear and lucid state, this is the meditation of resting the ocean. Relax the three doors in the present moment, and the primordial wisdom that arises from the gaps of contemplation, nakedly and clearly maintain it, this is the instruction of conduct, resting the appearances. When the five objects and five sense consciousnesses are left in their natural state, self-luminous awareness arises clearly, the five winds are bound in the expanse, and outer appearances such as smoke, mirages, rainbows, etc., are the self-appearing purity of clear light. However, it also arises in accordance with common appearances, this is the result of resting uncorrected awareness, as accepted by the yogis of the vast expanse of space. Furthermore, as it is said in the 'Lamp Illuminating': Resting the mountain king is the measure of view. Resting the ocean is the measure of meditation. Resting appearances is the measure of conduct. Resting awareness is the measure of the result. The yogi who possesses these four measures, merges with the definitive meaning. Thus it is said.
