That is to say, the meaning of Trekchö is the very nature of mind. And the nature of mind, its essence is free from all elaborations, is the Dharmakaya; its nature is clear and without clinging, is the Sambhogakaya; its compassion appears in various forms, its plans never cease, is the Nirmanakaya. In such a state, the three kayas are naturally and inseparably accomplished, which is the adornment of the nature of mind. It should be introduced in this way. Moreover, in the 'Self-Emergence', it says: 'Transcending the extremes of permanence and annihilation, the impurities of the four extremes are naturally purified.' It also says: 'Awareness without conceptualization is the Dharmakaya; awareness unceasing, clarity is the Sambhogakaya; awareness appearing as anything, is the Nirmanakaya.' Moreover, in the 'Collection of All', it says: 'Wisdom abiding in its own place, is inseparable in the form of the three kayas.' So it is said. Introducing the manifestation as the play of mind. Secondly, introducing the manifestation as the play of mind: Thus, from the state of mind being clear and non-conceptual, whatever uninterrupted energy manifestation of conceptual thoughts arises, do not engage in welcoming or rejecting them before or after. Do not alter the abiding, do not prevent the manifestation, do not fabricate equality. Without negation or affirmation, acceptance or rejection, whatever conceptual thoughts manifest, let them naturally be in their self-emergent state, just as the play of ocean waves does not go beyond the scope of the ocean, and subsides and dissolves into the depths of the ocean; just as salt arises from water and dissolves into water; just as a snake knot unravels without an antidote, the collection of conceptual thoughts, its play of dharmata does not go beyond the scope of dharmata, therefore subsides and dissolves into the depths of dharmata, or just as it manifests, without relying on an antidote, it naturally liberates in the depths of the primordially pure dharmata. That is, in the 'Marvelous King Tantra', it says: 'Just like the waves of the ocean, all the movements of the waves of the mind, dissolve into the original base ocean.' Also, Sarahapa said: 'Just as salt dissolves into water, similarly, the mind dissolves into its own nature.' Also, in the 'Collection of All', it says: 'Just like the manifested awareness, naturally liberated like a snake knot.' And so on. Introducing the state of manifestation and abiding being non-dual and equal. Thirdly, introducing the state of manifestation and abiding being non-dual and equal: From the non-conceptual state of mind, whatever energy manifestation of conceptual thoughts arises, without negation or affirmation, acceptance or rejection, naturally abiding, just as the ocean and the waves cannot be distinguished.

Like a half, abiding unmoving in the state of dharmata, and the nature of those whose abiding function radiates without interruption is without difference. Both do not transcend the state of dharmata, and are equal in the state of dharmata. That is, when abiding, it arises in various ways; when radiating, it is free from grasping and being grasped; when equal, there is no clinging to it. Although external appearances appear in various ways, the appearances do not disturb the mind, like the direct perception of the senses. Although internal radiation is various, it is free from clinging to it, like the consciousness of a dream. Although the six objects are experienced in various ways, there is no conceptual thought of rejection, acceptance, hope, or fear, like the consciousness of a young child. Conceptual thought is pacified in the field of appearance, like salt dissolving in water. Whatever arises is free from grasping, like a madman without hope or fear. When there is no acceptance or rejection and no grasping of the field of appearance, it is called realizing emptiness of both inner and outer. In this way, when the mind abides, it goes to the primordial state; when it radiates, it appears as the play of wisdom; when it is equal, it is liberated in the state of non-duality. Therefore, no matter what is done, it does not go beyond the play of dharmata. Thus, introduce it, and on the meaning of the object of meditation of that previous stage, experience arises on the level of awareness. When that is recognized and the superimpositions are cut off on the level of the ground, by extending that continuum equally, gradually stability will be attained. If at that time one becomes self-satisfied, then the subsequent introductions will become meaningless. Therefore, again diligently meditate on the previous stages of focus, and by showing and practicing in conjunction with the way experience arises later, gradually, on the meaning of the view of the spontaneously perfect great perfection, the dharmata that transcends rejection, acceptance, taking, and abandoning, the beginning of experiential realization will be grasped. That is, in the Root Text of the Heart Essence of Liberation, it says: "All inner and outer conceptualizations, are liberated as primordially empty." And in the Root Text of the Magical Net, it says: "The nature of consciousness is transcended; holding the manner of non-dual wisdom; without conceptual thought, spontaneously accomplished." And: "Abiding in equality like space, transcending all stains of affliction." Therefore, here, since it is not a relative state of abiding and moving, it does not fall to the side of the outer six aggregates or the inner two consciousnesses, and the nature of the self-knowing, self-illuminating awareness that transcends arising, ceasing, permanence, and annihilation, the appearance of unobstructed power and radiance.
