It will not be interrupted, and in order to cut it off, it must be divided like Ru Shan. The method of how to distinguish is explained. Secondly, the method of how to distinguish is explained as follows: In "Klong gsal," it says: "The crown of the head, throat, heart, and, navel, secret place, soles of the feet, A Su Nri Tri Pre Du dwell." And in "After Death," it says: "This body is born from the cause of ignorance, the seeds of the six realms dwell in itself. Awareness is the essence of the three bodies, the three-body letters appear as three syllables, letters diligently practice Ru Shan division." As it is said, the object to be purified is the six places of the body of beings, and the seeds that cause the respective births of the six realms dwell continuously. The letters to be purified are: at the crown of the head, the seed of the gods, A (Tibetan: ཨ་), white. In the throat, inside something like an inverted grass root, the seed of the Asuras, Su (Tibetan: སུ་), green-yellow. In the heart, in the life-force channel, the seed of humans, Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ), blue-green. In the navel, inside something like a stretched root, the seed of animals, Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི་), red-black. In the secret place, in the great bliss channel, the seed of the pretas, Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་), green. In the soles of the feet, in the swirling vortex of channels, the seed of hell beings, Du (Tibetan: དུ་), smoky, etc. The imprints of the six realms of samsara are co-emergent and dwell together. At the time of death, the parts of the body, channels, elements, and letters, wherever the wind and consciousness gather, they are propelled and born into the corresponding kind. Therefore, purification is very important. That is also, the wisdom of awareness, which is non-dual with all Buddhas, appears in the form of letters, the nature of the three vajras. At the crown of the head is Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), white. In the throat is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), red. In the heart is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), blue, etc., clear with brightness, radiance, and blazing light. Due to reciting the three syllables, the fire and light of wisdom that arise from them burn all the seeds of the six realms, together with their imprints, into nothingness. Contemplate that all the causes and effects of samsara and falling into the lower realms, which arise from ignorance, are purified without remainder. Recite Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) seven million times, alternating between loud and soft recitation. Or, if you like, contemplate one Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ram) and one Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yam), each with the nature of fire and wind, below each seed. Recite in the mouth Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Na (Tibetan: ནཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ना, Sanskrit Romanization: nā, Chinese literal meaning: Na) Ra (Tibetan: ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: ra, Chinese literal meaning: Ra) Ga (Tibetan: ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ग, Sanskrit Romanization: ga, Chinese literal meaning: Ga) Sarva (Tibetan: སརྦ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva, Chinese literal meaning: Sarva) Papam (Tibetan: པཱ་པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पं, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Papam) Bi (Tibetan: བི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वि, Sanskrit Romanization: bi, Chinese literal meaning: Bi) Shuddhe (Tibetan: ཤུདྡྷེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शुद्धे, Sanskrit Romanization: śuddhe, Chinese literal meaning: Shuddhe) Svaha (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Svaha). By reciting in this way, the wind stirs from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yam) and strikes Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ram). The fire of wisdom blazes brightly. Contemplate that the black smoke or haze is burned into nothingness.
