Hide it here. Alternatively, a person without elaborations should meditate on Tögal during the forenoon and afternoon sessions of the day. That is, meditate twice in the morning and afternoon, and practice Lugu Gyü during the day. During the two night sessions, in the posture of sitting cross-legged, cover the eyes with fingertips, and gently press without weight. Focus awareness on the five-colored light spots shining like peacock feathers in the sky directly in front of the eyebrows, and meditate as much as possible. At the end of the evening session, gather the senses at the essential points in the posture of a sage. That is, on the four-petaled lotus at the navel, there is a short red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), burning like fire from the touch of heat, striking the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Ham) at the crown of the head from the central channel, causing nectar to descend from the Bindu. Fuel it with fire, making it burn intensely. Burn karma and habitual tendencies. When bliss increases through the union of skillful means and wisdom, red and white, remain in the state of bliss and emptiness. At noon, gather awareness into the vase in the posture of an elephant. That is, inside the heart, there is a white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), clear and radiant, and at the Brahma aperture, there is a white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), clear. Between the two, from the path of the central channel, subtle white A's (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) appear like strung crystal beads, each one dissolving into the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the heart. Through this cause, visualize white light filling and illuminating all the channels and the inside of the body. This is hiding in the sheath of the clear light of sleep, which is the key to self-liberation without abandoning ignorance. Immediately upon waking at dawn, exhale three long breaths with the sound "Ha." Manifest awareness in the posture of a lion. That is, in the sky about an arrow's length in front of the crown of the head, a second white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) separates from the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the heart and remains clear and distinct. By holding the mind on this, the primordial state of Kadak, the wisdom of indivisible clarity and emptiness, will arise and be known. Similarly, the four contemplations of the instructions of the great scholar Vimalamitra, and in order to exhaust the elements of the five winds in their own place, which are the limbs for generating the non-conceptual wisdom of cessation, visualize in sequence a five-layered red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), a four-layered one, a three-layered green one, a two-layered yellow one, and a single blue one. By this, the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) abides in the unborn, thereby purifying the fire of conceptual thought, the water of joy and bliss, the wind of memory and thought, that which resembles the earth of memory, and the antidote to be abandoned, one's own nature and its parts. From "The Lamp That Illuminates": Like the sequence of meditation instructions, like the sequence of obtaining union day and night. Thus. Profound essential.

In the "Na Nyingpo," it says: Practice in the morning and evening. During the day, practice breathing. And the three, Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya, are sequentially combined with the three contemplations of dusk, midnight, and dawn. By thus striving day and night, there is no doubt that liberation will be attained. Furthermore, if desired, at these times one should also learn the seven postures of the limbs and the four ways of viewing, etc. Regarding the postures, there is the saying: "Garuda, tiger crouching, human, fox, vulture, giant, and water monster, seven body postures." Among these, the Garuda posture is: The soles of both feet are joined together, and the body is straightened upright. The two vajra fists are placed on the thighs. The neck is slightly bent. The eyes look at the space between the eyebrows, and thus one practices. The tiger crouching posture is: The feet are as before. The vajra fists are placed at the secret place. The back of the neck is pulled taut. The throat is bent. The eyes are gathered at the eyebrows, looking straight ahead. The human posture is: The body squats, and the two hands embrace the knees. The neck is slightly raised. One looks directly at the sky. The fox posture is: The feet are like those of an upright person. The vajra fists are placed on either side. The shoulders are stretched and pulled. The spine is straightened. The eyes are slightly half-closed, guiding to the corners of the left and right. The vulture posture is: The feet are slightly extended forward in the vajra posture. The fists are placed at the base of the hips, and the spine is straightened. The back of the neck is pulled taut. With the eyes very half-closed, one guides them to the two corners, watching in a way that the breath rises and falls. The giant posture is: In the lotus position, the elbows are propped on the thighs. The two hands are raised to the cheeks. The spine is greatly straightened. The eyes are half-closed, alternately guiding the breath to the left sky. The water monster posture is: In the lotus position, the hands cover the knees. The body is straightened, and the neck is slightly raised, guiding the eyes to the right corner, watching and meditating with the eyes half-closed. All these are done facing south in a high place with a wide view of the sky. The ways of viewing are: "Lion, ox, and rabbit, and four ways of viewing like a straight arrow. During the day, a yogi should view in this way." That is, like a lion, the eyes are turned upward, like an elephant, one looks slightly downward, like a rabbit, one stares straight ahead with wide eyes, and like a straight arrow, one looks straight to the side, and also with eyes wide open, half-closed, and closed.
