་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན། །བསོད་ནམས་ཚོགས་ཆེན་ལས་ཀྱང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས། །མཆོག་ཅེས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་དེ ས་ཡང་ཡང་བསྔགས། །དེ་ཕྱིར་རིགས་མཐུན་ཞིང་སར་ཕན་འདོད་བློས། །ཐེག་མཆོག་དགོངས་ཟབ་ཆུ་གཏེར་ལས་འོང་བའི། །བརྒྱུད་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་ཞལ་ཆབ་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན། །རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཡུར་བར་དྲངས་ལ་འགལ་མེད་སྙམ། །འཁྲུལ་མེད་རྒྱལ་བའི་དགོངས་བཟང་མ་ལོན་ཅིང་། །ཡང་དག་གནས་ལུགས་ཇི་བཞིན་མ་རྟོགས་པས། །མ་མཐོང་རྒྱང་གཏམ་སྨྲས་འདྲའི་ཉེས་མཆིས་ན། །སྐུ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་འདུས་བླ་མས་དག་ཚངས་སྩོལ། །ཚུལ་འདིར་རྣམ་དཀར་ཆུ་འཛིན་འབྱུང་སྲིད་ན། །དུས་གསུམ་ལེགས་བྱས་སྤྲིན་དང་ཆབ་གཅིག་ཏུ། །སྐུ་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་དབྱིངས་ཀློང་ཆེར། །འཁོར་གསུམ་དམིགས་བྲལ་ཆེན་པོར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྡོམ། །དེས་བསྐྱེད་ལྷ་ལམ་འགེང་བའི་མཚམས་སྤྲིན་ལས། །འཇོ་བའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟིལ་དངར་གྱིས། །རིགས་ཅན་གསུམ་གྱི་གདུལ་བྱའི་འཛིན་མ་ལས། །སྐལ་བཟང་ལོ་འབྲས་འདོད་དགུ་རྟག་གཡུར་ཤོག །བདག་ཀྱང་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྐུ་གསུམ་མངོན་འགྱུར་བར། །སྐུ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་འདུས་བླ་མས་རྗེས་བཟུང་ནས། །སྐུ་གསུམ་དགོངས་མཛོད་མན་ངག་དགའ་སྟོན་གྱིས། །སྲིད་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་རེ་འདོད་སྐོང་ནུས་ཤོག །ཅེས་མྱུར་ལམ་དགོངས་མཛོད་སྙིང་པོའི་དམར་ཁྲིད་སྐུ་གསུམ་དགོངས་མཛོད་རབ་ཏུ་སྣང་བའི་ཉི་མ་གཞོན་ནུ་དོན་ཟབ་འོད་སྟོང་ཕྱོགས་བརྒྱར་བརྡལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ཡང་། ལུང་ཟིན་རྩ་བའི་ཆོས་བདག་པདྨ་ཨ་ཡཱུརྡ་མའི་མཚན་ཅན་ནས་དོན་གཉེར་ཆེན་པོས་བསྐུལ་ངོར། སྐུ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་འདུས་རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོའི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་བས་དག་སྣང་གི་ཆོས་ལ་ཅུང་ཟད་དབང་བར་མོས་པ་གར་དབང་འཇིགས་མེད་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་བཟང་པོས་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཀློང་ཆེན་པས་མཛད་པའི་ཟབ་དོན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་དང་། རིག་འཛིན་འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཟབ་ལམ་གསལ་བྱེད་དང་། ཨ་ཏི་ཟབ་དོན་སྙིང་པོ། ཀློང་ཆེན་ནམ་མཁའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བླ་མ་རྣམས་དང་མཐུན་པར་རང་ནུས་དང་བསྟུན་ནས་བྲིས་པ་སྟེ། འདིའི་དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྐུ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་འདུས་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུའི་གོ་འཕང་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག་གུ། དགེའོ། །དགེའོ། །དགེའོ། ། མྱུར་ལམ་དམར་ཁྲིད་སྐུ་གསུམ་དགོངས་མཛོད་རབ་ཏུ་སྣང་བའི་ཉི་མ།

度母啊！从福德大资粮中，智慧资粮，殊胜之说，一切智者也屡屡赞叹。因此，以意欲利益同类与处所之心，从殊胜乘深奥意藏之水库中涌出的，三传承上师之甘露语流，引到分别智慧的田埂中，我认为没有相违之处。未得无谬诸佛之妙意，未如实证悟真实之实相，若有说出未见之遥远话语般的过失，祈请三身圆满上师清净。若此理性能生起净善之云，三时善行与云朵同为一体，于三身上师之大悲界中，将三轮无缘大圆满完全汇集。由此生起充满天道的彩虹云，以倾注之妙德甘露之美味，愿三种姓之所化众生之田中，吉祥之果实如意恒常成熟。我亦为了一切众生现证三身，祈请三身圆满上师摄受后，以三身意藏口诀之喜宴，愿能满足三有众生之希求。如是，名为速道意藏精华之窍诀，三身意藏极明之旭日，甚深义理光芒万丈照耀四方，此乃应具足经教之根本法主莲花阿育王之名者之殷勤劝请。因三身圆满诸佛之加持所摄受，略微信解清净显现之法者，噶旺吉美南嘉桑布，与全知龙钦巴所著之深义海云，及持明者坚固金刚之深道明灯，阿底甚深义理心髓，龙钦虚空瑜伽之智慧上师等相符，随己力而书写。愿以此善根，令一切众生现证三身圆满玛哈古汝之果位。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 速道窍诀三身意藏极明之日光。

Tara! From the great accumulation of merit, the accumulation of wisdom, the supreme saying, is repeatedly praised by all the wise. Therefore, with the intention to benefit beings and places of the same kind, from the reservoir of profound intentions of the supreme vehicle, the nectar stream of the three lineages of lamas, drawn into the fields of discriminating wisdom, I think there is no contradiction. Not having attained the flawless good intentions of the Buddhas, and not having realized the true reality as it is, if there is a fault like speaking unseen distant words, I pray that the three-kayas complete lama will purify it. If pure white clouds can arise in this way, may the merits of the three times be united with the clouds, and in the vast space of the compassion of the three-kayas lamas, may the three circles of non-duality be completely gathered into the great perfection. From the rainbow clouds that fill the heavenly path created by this, with the sweet taste of the nectar of pouring virtues, may the auspicious fruits of the three kinds of beings to be tamed always ripen as desired in the fields. May I also, in order to realize the three kayas for all beings, be taken care of by the three-kayas complete lama, and with the feast of the three-kayas mind treasure instructions, may I be able to fulfill the wishes of the beings of the three realms. Thus, this is called the quick path mind treasure essence pith instruction, the three-kayas mind treasure extremely clear rising sun, the profound meaning light shining in all directions, this is also due to the earnest request of the one named Padma Ayurda, the root dharma lord who possesses the scriptures. Because of being taken care of by the grace of the three-kayas complete Buddhas, Garwang Jigme Namgyal Sangpo, who slightly believes in the dharma of pure appearance, in accordance with the profound meaning ocean cloud written by Omniscient Longchenpa, and the profound path lamp of the vidyadhara Gyurme Dorje, the Ati profound meaning heart essence, the wisdom lamas of Longchen space yoga, etc., written according to one's own ability. May this virtue cause all beings to realize the state of the three-kayas complete Mahaguru. Good! Good! Good! The quick path pith instruction, the three-kayas mind treasure extremely clear sunlight.
