Then, perform the Vajra recitation and vase breathing, maintain the central channel air, and generate the three tongues. Third, in the collection phase of the Lama Yoga, the object seen is clear light emptiness, when practicing life force, the awareness clear emptiness arises, and when recollecting, the experience of bliss emptiness inseparable. Towards these three, the mind does not waver, meditate without association. Although it is said, actually, the mind is placed on the previously shown union of bliss and emptiness, meditating without distraction. The tantra says: 'Without losing bliss, the only peace, innate wisdom yoga, this is great practice.' Also says: 'Whoever embraces the wisdom of space, abiding in innate bliss, that self-mind is liberation.' The oral transmission says: 'Meditating with object, emptiness and form merge, without object, bliss and taste are equal, the mind does not waver, abiding firmly, all things appear as bliss.' Regarding the method of meditating on samadhi, the body posture etc. are as previously shown. The oral transmission says: 'For the sake of increasing the innate bliss of the Victorious Ones, one should first rely on the Karma Mudra.' The 'Summary of Empowerment' says: 'Union with the Karma Mudra, with the Wisdom Mudra as the goal, without combining with the Maha Mudra, the unchanging bliss will increase.' Therefore, one should practice the Karma Mudra from time to time, which also includes the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. The 'Higher Commentary on Chakrasamvara' says: 'Embracing is pacifying, the Vajra approaching the lotus is increasing, turning the Vajra is magnetizing, and its bliss is great subjugation.' Other methods of practice and ways of keeping vows are extensively explained in the 'Higher Commentary on Chakrasamvara': 'With the supreme central channel air, and with incense and water, always worship the mother with lineage.' The explanation for this is: the yogi's wisdom self-awareness, through the external senses and the bliss of objects, is the nature of flowing, realized by the vast supreme sense. The number of cycles of breath is the nature of co-emergent joy, because great bliss does not leak.' For these, the most supreme unchanging bliss breath is the most supreme, hence it is called 'supreme central channel air'. Therefore, 'with the supreme central channel air, and with incense and water', here incense refers to various yogas, and the breath of the moon constantly descends, that is, entering and ascending. Water refers to non-action, and the breath of the sun constantly descends, that is, downwards.

Above is Durāsana. 'Central Channel' refers to the complete descent of semen, dust, Rāhu, and the breath of the fire of time. Below and above are the Conch-bearer and Avadhūti. The unchanging breath of the Central Channel Avadhūti grants various deaths to beings, redeems the death of common death omens, and supremely grants the supreme unchanging bliss of Mahāmudrā accomplishment. Etc. 'The supreme breath of the Central Channel should always be offered to the Lineage Holder.' Here, the Lineage Holder is the Central Channel Avadhūti, who, without the need to practice Vajravārāhī, severs the grasped and the grasper, and exhausts the hosts of demons of the yogis. She also exhausts the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of ordinary people, as well as the bodhicitta. She grants death by transferring the bodhicitta. This is merely the appearance of Vajrayoginī's own mind, the Mahāmudrā endowed with all perfections, the Prajñāpāramitā of emptiness, Suchness, the Lineage Holder, and the Lotus. The Lineage Holder should be called the supreme unchanging bliss, the great desire of the melting bindu of the undefiled bodhicitta, the supreme breath of the Central Channel together with fragrance and water. By the correct method of becoming the Lineage Holder, one should offer one's own wisdom.' Thus it is said. Therefore, by stopping the movement of the ten wheels of the right and left karmic winds in the six major upper and lower channels, one meditates on the wisdom wind in the form of vase breathing, and without distraction, one observes the image of the union of bliss and emptiness of the mind. This is the second method of samādhi practice. Furthermore, in the 'Upper Commentary,' quoting the seventeenth chapter of the Guhyasamāja Tantra to explain how to protect the vows, this is the third method of practice. 'O Buddha, ocean of wisdom, one should protect the four vows, one should always eat great meat, this is the supreme vow.' Therefore, the four body vows are: at the moment when the bodhicitta bindu of the body awakens, the desire of the wisdom that generates it melts and is emitted into the lotus of the secret place, the four joys of body, speech, mind, and wisdom are unified with the form of the bodhicitta, these are the four body vows. The way to protect them is to make the aggregate of formation unobstructed, that is, to always eat great meat. 'O great immutable Vajra speech, one should protect the four vows, one should always eat great excrement and urine, this is the vow.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
