我顶戴至尊全知(ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཆེན་པོ་,kun mkhyen chen po,omniscient one)的足尘,畅饮其子嗣中最为殊胜的持种者(རིགས་ལྡན་,rigs ldan,one with lineage)之化身,法主(ཆོས་རྗེ་,chos rje,dharma lord)遍胜(ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་,phyogs las rnam par rgyal ba,victorious in all directions)的甘露法语。

I take the dust from the feet of the supreme omniscient (ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཆེན་པོ་, kun mkhyen chen po, omniscient one) and drink deeply from the stream of nectar-like speech of the Dharma Lord (ཆོས་རྗེ་, chos rje, dharma lord) Pakshe Nampar Gyalwa (ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་, phyogs las rnam par rgyal ba, victorious in all directions), the emanation of the foremost of his sons, the Holder of Lineage (རིགས་ལྡན་, rigs ldan, one with lineage). This was composed at the hermitage Namkhadzö (ནམ་མཁའ་མཛོད་, nam mkha' mdzod, treasury of space) by the Victory Banner of Kalachakra (དུས་འཁོར་བ་, dus 'khor ba, kalachakra). The Victorious One (རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་, rgyal ba'i dbang po, victorious one) by the power of sentient beings' thoughts, has deeply concealed [this teaching] in other tantras. He has clearly explained the meaning of the four supreme empowerments (དབང་མཆོག་བཞི་བ་, dbang mchog bzhi ba, four supreme empowerments) that transcend the world, in the Kalachakra Tantra (དུས་འཁོར་རྒྱུད་, dus 'khor rgyud, kalachakra tantra) and its commentaries. This is a guide that clarifies the stages of practice of the six limbs (ཡན་ལག་དྲུག, yan lag drug, six limbs) of the Vajra Yoga (རྡོ་རྗེའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་, rdo rje'i rnal 'byor, vajra yoga) path. Do not show it to those who have not received the profound path instructions, and be sure to keep it very well hidden. Furthermore, if there are those who only seek to obtain the transmission without cultivating experiential realization, then may both the receiver and the reader be punished by the assembly of oath-bound protectors and dakinis. This profound path, the Six-Limbed Yoga (སྦྱོར་བ་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག, sbyor ba yan lag drug, six-limbed yoga), is the Dharma that the Buddha (སངས་རྒྱས་, sangs rgyas, buddha) bowed his head and accepted. It is the Dharma in which one can gain faith in a single day and night, the Dharma in which a yogi can attain accomplishment in years, months, days, and hours, the Dharma in which a siddha can attain accomplishment in years and years, the Dharma in which one can attain Buddhahood in a single lifetime. Those who encounter this Dharma have good fortune. Practice with one-pointedness and accumulate merit. Attaining Buddhahood in a single lifetime is due to supreme good fortune and diligence. Four years and nine and a half months, or, for those of middling capacity, seven years and nine months, or eight years and three months. For the lowest, it will take ten years or more, but at the very latest, within seven lifetimes. Ema! All you individuals who desire to attain supreme liberation, know that this life is short and knowledge is endless. The ways of instruction are also inconceivable, so like a swan taking milk from water, discard the husk and meditate on this essence. Those who wish to be wealthy and accumulate merit, should also practice this, accumulating great numbers and power. Take the supreme essence of leisure and fortune. Those who abandon this path and study other paths are like abandoning jewels and seeking straw rope, like abandoning a garuda and riding a donkey. May all beings, through the vast merit arising from this, enter this path and be liberated! From this day forward, until I attain unsurpassed enlightenment, may I, without distraction day and night, meditate with great diligence and one-pointedness on the king of secret mantras, the Six-Limbed Yoga. May all sentient beings, through this merit, attain unsurpassed enlightenment, the summit of the three realms!

May I attain the state of a Bodhisattva! May I attain the Kalachakra! May I attain Vajrayogini! May I attain the Tathagatagarbha! By the blessings of the accomplishment of the four bodies of the Buddha, by the blessings of the unchanging truth of Dharma, and by the blessings of the undivided harmony of the Sangha, may everything be accomplished as wished! Mangalam! Bhavantu! With the power of faith and devotion, I have written this that clarifies the path to liberation. It gathers all the essence and is the supreme embodiment of compassion. May limitless beings who have been my mothers realize the meaning of this essence, destroy the aggregates and obscurations, and attain the pure realm of Dharma! Rinchen Tsultrim said: The essence of integrating Samatha and Vipassana is, in short, to ensure that all activities such as walking, standing, sitting, and lying down are held within the mindfulness of meditation. Whatever arises, focus on it and remain without conceptualization, naturally merging into the state of luminosity. Whatever experiences arise in the body and mind, such as happiness or suffering, maintain an unwavering mind and meditate upon them, thus transforming adverse conditions into the path. In all situations, maintain a meditative mind, and gradually, Samatha and Vipassana will become integrated. Shubham! Thus, this essence of emptiness and compassion, which gathers the essence of the ocean of scriptures, along with the emptiness that possesses all supreme qualities, and the unchanging supreme great bliss. May all beings, through the virtue of striving in the excellent Kalachakra, understand this treatise, enter this path, and quickly attain that very fruit! This aspiration was made by Shakya Bhikshu Lodro Gyaltsen and Lodro Palzangpo while proofreading and revising the Vimalaprabha, the Extensive Commentary on the Kalachakra! Aryadeva said: From a moment free of darkness, luminous wisdom becomes exceedingly clear. It has the nature of constant appearance and is the characteristic of ultimate truth. That wisdom of self-luminous nature will be seen by the eye of wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
