引导的方法也和之前展示的la a u ra a i a的引导气的方法一样,非常深奥。

Entering into Samadhi, with the pride of Vajradhara (the Diamond Holder), practice the meaning of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed Syllable) Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Cutting through). Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Cutting through) is to bring the Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) downwards, and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed Syllable) is to draw the air upwards. By practicing in this way, the ascending air and descending air at the navel chakra are combined into one, and the wisdom air in the central channel is stable and unmoving, and the fierce Tummo (inner heat) blazes. In the name of the Five Dhyani Buddhas (Five Dhyani Buddhas), burn the air of the five skandhas (aggregates) of the left channel, causing them to cease. In the name of the Five Buddha Mothers (Five Buddha Mothers), burn the air of the five elements of the right channel, as well as the five senses such as the eyes, so that they no longer cling to external objects, and also cause them to cease. From the moon (bindu) arising from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed Syllable) syllable at the crown chakra, experience joy from the forehead to the throat, supreme joy from the throat to the heart, special joy from the heart to the navel, and innate joy from the navel to the secret place and the vajra jewel. The Bodhicitta does not flow outwards, experiencing the four joys, this is the mindfulness yoga, also known as Tummo yoga and Bindu yoga. When performing such Samadhi yoga, the method of maintaining the Bodhicitta bindu, in the oral tradition, there is this teaching: 'Those with desire practice the six unions, descending, holding, and stopping, sending to the place, fixing the pulse eyes, mixing the air, through the six unions.' These six unions are these that are actually shown here. Descending and holding, as well as stopping and sending to the place, these are those that are shown when maintaining and guiding. The method of guiding is also the same as the method of guiding the air of la a u ra a i a shown before, which is very profound. For those of lower faculties, what needs to be practiced is, the subsequent stopping, as well as collecting to the place, expanding, and the key to mixing with the air is: like the way a tigress vomits, like the proud posture of an elephant, like the meditation method of a fox, send it to the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed Syllable) syllable at the crown chakra. Like the liberation posture of a lion, like the abdominal churning of a female yak, expand it with the squatting posture of Sreta ka. Hold the air-filled kumbhaka (breath retention), and mix it with the air. The key to these and so on should be learned from the mouth of the Guru. Third, regarding the merits and faults of whether or not one understands the method of practice: The sutra says: 'For those who possess great skillful means, afflictions are transformed into branches of enlightenment, like poison killed by a mantra, samsara (cyclic existence) also becomes the path to liberation.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

'It is the nature of peace.' And, in the Tantra of Accomplishing Meaningful Discipline, it says: 'What binds the foolish, that completely liberates the wise.' And, in the True Intimacy, it says: 'Desire itself causes sentient beings to fall, it itself causes the yogi to go to the other shore. What poison itself causes sentient beings to die, through the knowledge of poison mantras, it itself destroys disease.' Thus it is said. Engaging in karma mudra (action seal) without being seized by the method of binding the mind of enlightenment is the very cause of samsara and the lower realms. Engaging in karma mudra seized by the method of binding the mind of enlightenment, know that this is the supreme method for attaining the supreme siddhi (accomplishment) of mahamudra (great seal) of liberation. In another instruction, it says: 'Impure conduct experiences suffering, not delivering to the place is like water and emptiness. Not smearing on the body turns into disease. Not mixing with wind, the earth power dissipates. Not supporting with emptiness is the cause of samsara. If mixed with essence, there is radiance and splendor. If the root veins are stable, there is strength and power. If stable for seven years, it becomes indestructible.' Thus it is said. By offering the mudra after meditation is stabilized, there is immeasurable merit. In the True Intimacy, it says: 'Eight times the food offering, the lamp bestows enlightenment, eight times the lamp is very pure alcohol, eight times the alcohol is union with a young woman, therefore the giving of desire is definitely superior.' And, in the Five Stages, it says: 'Among all illusions, the illusion of women is especially superior.' And, in the Sadhana Tantra, it says: 'In the past, the Buddhas gave earth, elephants, horses, vehicles, and many burdens of gold for the sake of the Buddhas themselves, and also gave their heads, blood, flesh, but did not become Buddhas as desired, and then gave desire. By the secret giving, those men generated the Victorious Ones, and were born as Buddhas in the lineage.' Thus it is said. Fourth, regarding the activities of a renunciate yogi, in terms of both direct and implied meanings, the method of meditating on jnana mudra (wisdom seal) in the intermediate state is twofold. The first is: a renunciate yogi who has not found a karma mudra, or a monastic yogi who abides by the determination of the Pratimoksha vows, for the purpose of stabilizing bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment), if the life-force image is stable, then whatever is thought will appear clearly, therefore, visualize oneself as the deity Kalachakra (Wheel of Time), and various pleasing women as consorts. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
