Reciting Vajra etc.’ Thus, the key points of the body should be done as previously shown. When the lunar channel flows from the left nostril, contemplate reciting A etc. as the Body Vajra, and focus on the white color of the wind entering and exiting. When the solar channel flows from the right nostril, think of reciting Ka etc. as the Speech Vajra, and focus on the red color of the wind entering and exiting. When the Rahu channel flows from both nostrils, contemplate reciting the Rahu Mind Vajra, and focus on the blue color of the wind entering and exiting, and practice. This is the recitation directly taught by the tantra, not relying on letters. This corresponds to the third of ‘with expression and focus, symbolic and ultimate meaning’ in the Later Tantra of Guhyasamaja. The first is not done here because it involves conceptual thought. The fourth corresponds to the withdrawal phase. The second is the same as the Vajra recitation that does not rely on letters, as taught in the practice of the sun and moon. No matter which of the left, right, or central channels the wind flows through, the outward exhalation is a red Ah, the inward inhalation is a white Om (Oṃ, 唵, seed syllable, gathering of body, speech, and mind qualities), and the abiding is a blue Hum (Hūṃ, 吽, seed syllable, ultimate wisdom), focusing on the mouth and practicing. Among them, initially, the exhalation and inhalation are natural, and the abiding Hum is initially just remembered. In the middle, the three are equal, and finally, the Hum is gradually lengthened, corresponding to Kumbhaka, which is very profound. The Supreme Bliss Samputodbhava Tantra says: ‘That yogi, having entered into samadhi, should count the entering breath, up to a hundred thousand etc., always reciting silently. The practitioner, silently reciting a hundred thousand times, will have their lifespan reduced by five years, but there is no doubt about their livelihood. Always rising in the morning, one should count a thousand breaths. Therefore, in the yoga of wind, one should always abide in samadhi.’ The Commentary of Ye-le says: ‘Each of the seventy-two verses of the Kalachakra mantra garland is connected to the name of each of the seventy-two deities and consorts of the great Chakrasamvara mandala. While breathing in and out, reciting them mentally in direct and reverse order like a garland of flowers, one can perform thirty-one thousand six hundred recitations in one day. After five hundred days of such recitation, the body is purified; after another five hundred days, the speech is purified; and after another five hundred days, the mind is purified and the wind becomes unmoving, achieving the state of Kumbhaka. Thereafter, the five kinds of clairvoyance will arise for the yogis.’ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He said, 'For this supreme Dharma, this is the practice field of yogis, although not for ordinary people, but ordinary people can also practice. ' It can also be combined with the root mantra, and when the breath is exhaled, recite 'ཧཱ་སྭཱ་ཡཾ་ར་ཝ་ལ་མ་ཀྵ་ཧ་ཨོཾ་' (Tibetan), and when the breath is inhaled, recite 'ཨོཾ་ཧ་ཀྵ་མ་ལ་ཝ་ར་ཡཾ་སྭཱཧཱ།' (Tibetan), focus on this and meditate, the benefits are the same as before. The five experiences are: body experience, the opening or closing of the three channels determines whether it is comfortable; breath experience, determining from which nostril and in what way the breath flows; mind experience, determining the difference between clarity, emptiness, and non-thought; seeing experience, determining the difference in the signs of the breath; dream experience, depending on the amount of Vajra recitation, whether the dream is peaceful or rough, etc. Second, the practice of gentle wind: As the King of Tantras says: 'Press the right armpit and the non-right armpit, as well as the breasts, thereby powerfully stopping life. From the right side, quickly descend to the pulse on the left side, also from the left armpit to the right. In just half a month, it can cause death,奪走死亡的預兆,this is done by a yogi who possesses yoga.' Do as it is said, after each meditation session, check where the breath flows from, if it flows evenly, there is no need to do anything, but if it flows from the right side, the posture of the body and channels is: the left leg is slightly stretched, the right leg is bent. Place the left fist under the right armpit, after inhaling, press the right breast with the thumb of the right hand. Extend the index and middle fingers of the right hand, clench the remaining three fingers into a fist, and when inhaling, block the left nostril with the middle finger, bend the body slightly, inhale completely from the right nostril, and curl the tongue upwards. Press the right nostril with the finger, and press the left breast with the elbow, hold the breath as much as possible. If you cannot bear it, exhale from the left nostril. If it flows from the left side, do the opposite. In any case, inhale from the flowing direction, and after filling, exhale as much as possible from the direction that cannot be tolerated. The same five experiences as before will also appear in this practice. Third, filling the bindu of the life force central channel with the vase breath of the rough wind: As the Tantra says: (སྒྲུབས་ལེ་ཡིན།, Tibetan) Close your mouth, (བཀབ་སྟེ་ཕང་, Tibetan, cover and hide) inhale all the external breath from both nostrils. Bend the body with the power of life, similar to immaculate lightning, combine with the downward-clearing wind. Through habitual practice, in the center of the sun, moon, and fire, the taste becomes equal.
