当‘地’（ས་པ་，藏文，字面意思：地）的障碍消解时，原本安住于‘基’（གཞི་，藏文，字面意思：基）的‘觉受蕴’（ཚོར་བའི་ཕུང་པོ་，藏文，字面意思：觉受蕴）便会转化为无有遮蔽的境界，从而获得如‘宝生’（རྒྱལ་བ་རིན་འབྱུང་，藏文，字面意思：宝生）等六种圆满的果位。如同日月为罗睺所吞噬，将命气系缚于额间的明点，愿菩提心亦能安住于额间，愿所有‘执持’（འཛིན་པ，藏文，字面意思：执持）的支分皆能圆满成就，愿能证得宝生等一切诸佛。此乃关于修持命勤与执持，以及语金刚瑜伽之中间阶段的善妙引导文。此文乃时轮金刚行者拉杰坚赞（ལྷའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་，藏文，字面意思：天幢）依据续部释论及上师口诀所著。吉祥圆满！ 日月为罗睺所吞噬， 命气系于眉间明点。 菩提之心亦能持， 执持之分愿圆满。 宝生等佛愿成就！

When the obstruction of 'Earth' (ས་པ་, Tibetan, literally: Earth) is dissolved, the 'aggregate of feeling' (ཚོར་བའི་ཕུང་པོ་, Tibetan, literally: aggregate of feeling) that originally dwells in the 'basis' (གཞི་, Tibetan, literally: basis) will be transformed into a state free from obscurations, thereby attaining the fruition of six perfections such as 'Ratnasambhava' (རྒྱལ་བ་རིན་འབྱུང་, Tibetan, literally: Ratnasambhava). Just as the sun and moon are swallowed by Rahu, by binding the life-force at the bindu in the forehead, may the bodhicitta also be able to abide in the forehead, may all the limbs of 'holding' (འཛིན་པ, Tibetan, literally: holding) be perfectly accomplished, may all Buddhas such as Ratnasambhava be attained. This is a virtuous guide to the intermediate stage of practicing life-force exertion and holding, as well as speech vajra yoga. This text was written by Kalachakra practitioner Lhajey Gyaltsen (ལྷའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་, Tibetan, literally: Banner of the Gods) according to the tantric commentaries and the instructions of the guru. May there be auspiciousness and well-being! As the sun and moon are swallowed by Rahu, Life-force bound to the bindu between the brows. May the heart of bodhi also be held, May the parts of holding be perfectly fulfilled.
