It is said that he recited it, remembering it in that way. Therefore, even now, one should respect giving. The good path clearly indicated by good signs, I will still rely on it. Worldly people give after hearing about the fruits of giving. Why shouldn't I give, having personally experienced it? So he said. That queen also said that in a previous life, when she was a servant girl, she respectfully offered a handful of tsampa to a person who had exhausted all outflows, and that is why she is now your queen. She remembers what she did as a child. Even though it was a small thing, it was done in a time of poverty, and the field was the Sangha and an Arhat. Through the merit of thought, it became a great result, and she became the owner of a vast land reaching the ocean, with an army of four divisions. The story of the seven precious things does not appear. Similarly, discipline also arises naturally, as in the Jataka of the Young Mute. That prince remembered that he had ruled for six years in the past, and therefore was born in hell for sixty kalpas. Now, fearing that he would lose the kingdom, he did not want to speak when it was time to speak, nor did he want to walk when it was time to walk. When he was shown to a doctor, the doctor said that there was nothing wrong with his reproductive organs, and that he would speak and walk when the time came. For the purpose of treating the fever, he sent an executioner to kill him, threatening him with the manner of killing, and spoke a word on the way. The prince said that he could speak, but when he came home, he still refused to speak. There, hearing that he could speak, he was asked what reward he wanted. The prince said, "When you go to the sacrifice, let me become a renunciate," and so he was allowed to renounce. Similarly, patience also arises naturally. From the ocean, Garuda carried a snake and ate it on the summit of Mount Meru. At that time, a monk was meditating, and the snake saw him and developed faith in him, and at the time of death, he was born into a wealthy householder's family. After that, all his perfections became very abundant, so he was named "Rāhula". In the first part of his life, due to habit, he became very angry. After renouncing, he remembered his previous life. In the past, he was a monk under the teachings of the Blessed One Kashyapa, and he did not speak about the behavior of other monks.

Seeing someone wearing a skirt, he said they looked like a snake. Due to this karmic result, he was reborn as a snake for five hundred lifetimes. If that bhikshu had not died with faith in that bhikshu at that time, then he would have seen him being reborn in hell. Therefore, realizing that causing others to commit sins has such serious consequences, he never again caused others' afflictions and sins. Just as the Blessed One said, he was the foremost among the shravakas who had the least afflictions. All of these have many meanings. Just a fault of speech can produce such a serious result, so believe it and be careful of the faults of speech. Know that causing others to commit sins has such serious consequences, so do not do it. If the person in their last life does not have faith in it, they will be reborn in hell, so we should not do it as if we have received assurance. If one has the ability to remember past lives, then the impermanence and karmic results in that memory will become manifest. If one remembers two or three lives, then just like eating leftovers, one can infer all impermanence and karmic results. This itself is the fault of samsara, so one will also believe in it. It can also be proven that not all beings are like that. By doing what does not involve birth and death, and by experiencing the suffering of the lower realms and samsara, compassion will naturally arise. Therefore, from all aspects, the bodhicitta, which desires to attain the dharmakaya that cuts off the cycle of birth and death for beings who do what should not be done, will also naturally arise. If one possesses clairvoyance, one will know one's karmic connections and which spiritual friend one has a karmic connection with, etc. It is said that there is also no difficulty in completing the accumulation of merit. Second, the greatness of doing things for sentient beings is: Just as a bird without wings cannot fly into the sky. Similarly, one who lacks the power of clairvoyance cannot do the work of sentient beings. As it is said, for example, the realm of activity for birds is the sky, but a bird without wings cannot fly into the sky, just as the activity of a bodhisattva is to benefit others, but without the power of clairvoyance, one cannot benefit other sentient beings, so to benefit others, one must also have clairvoyance. Etc.
