Moreover, the embers of the teachings are rekindled by relying on the Dharma of the Tripitaka, and this will only be true in name and in fact. Now it seems difficult for the Vinaya holders to protect the Sangha as they would protect the Vinaya. The goodness or badness of the Sangha also depends on whether the Vinaya holders keep the precepts. It is not said that all the affairs of the Sangha should be determined by one hundred and one precepts, but that a good Sangha is one that has good food and morning and evening tea, but this does not make the Sangha good. Merchants and gold miners also have morning and evening tea. Even if the Vinaya holders exhaust themselves in hearing and explaining the Vinaya, it seems that they will only not practice the Vinaya themselves, nor will they teach it to others. I have not even heard of a Sangha that recites the Pratimoksha twice a month without fail. Jowo (Atisha) said to Geshe Tonpa, "You should build a Sangha." In Tibet, lay practitioners do not have this ability. The custom in Tibet is to rely on human Dharma, and although there are some old human Dharmas, in order to promote them, they have left their homes and begged, "Please do this." Tonpa remembered Atisha's instructions, established Reting Monastery, and appointed Puchungwa as the Vinaya holder. We ourselves do not have the ability to do what Vinaya holders and what Sangha do, so do your own Vinaya holder, do not misunderstand your own situation, and do whatever precepts you have taken. Even if there are people who keep the precepts, they will directly or indirectly benefit others. If each becomes a Bhikshu, then a gathering of four or more is called a Sangha. Relying on the Sangha, much benefit and happiness for sentient beings can arise. As long as we do not misunderstand our own situation, we can also benefit those around us, so do not misunderstand your own situation, whether one or two people surround you, do not stop them. Just as Geshe Tonpa said to all his Dharma brothers, "Do not establish new residences and new monks, if you can accept the old ones, do your best to accept them." From now on, there will be few truly new people. If you protect the old people without sectarianism, then even if they get older year by year, there will certainly be great benefits and abilities. Establishing new residences will mostly only become the root of conflict in the Sangha, and there will be no benefit.

If you feel like you are abiding in tranquility, once the thought arises that you seem to have some ability, you are immediately in danger of falling into later distractions. Therefore, it is said that not harming others is very important for benefiting others. Secondly, its greatness lies in its connection with ethics and higher mind training. As it is said: "Therefore, pure and complete enlightenment, the discipline of the Bodhisattva's vows, through diligent practice, complete enlightenment, the accumulations will all be perfected." To this, Master Potowa said: "If you only have higher ethics, but no clairvoyance, you cannot quickly complete your own accumulations, nor can you accomplish the affairs of sentient beings, so you need clairvoyance. To obtain clairvoyance, you must also practice calm abiding and insight. To practice calm abiding and insight, you must abide in its branches and favorable conditions. Therefore, the connection between higher ethics and higher mind training is, therefore." Although it is said therefore, it seems to be saying that it becomes one activity. The discipline seems to be saying that that activity becomes an activity on the discipline, as it was said before. Later, this verse is both a connection and a display of the greatness of the former. If you practice the three trainings of ethics well, then you will become more and more respectful of these three, so it is also said. As just said, if you practice the three trainings of ethics well, then you will become more and more respectful of the three disciplines of discipline, accumulating merit, and benefiting sentient beings. Therefore, becoming the cause of purity, or becoming the nature or essence or way of complete enlightenment, for the three disciplines of the discipline that become the Bodhisattva's discipline, etc., as shown before, through diligent practice, the accumulation of the fruit of complete enlightenment will be completely perfected. Abbot Palden said that if you practice the three ethics well, you can attain complete enlightenment through the purity of discipline, because it is the cause. Secondly, explaining higher concentration or mind training, divided into two: the greatness of the fruit of clairvoyance and the method of practicing the cause of mind training. First, Sharawa said that one's own complete accumulation of merit, accomplishing the affairs of sentient beings, and removing all obstacles and hindrances for oneself and others,
