It is said that "because the support arises" is reasonable. Now, wanting only the broad, is it asking if it is looking for someone who has generated Bodhicitta? Like this asking. In the Holy Lotus Sutra, it says that offering even a single flower to the stupa of the Tathagata, joining the palms once, raising one palm, and bowing the head for a moment are also said to be signs of attaining Bodhi. It is also said that merely hearing the name of the Holy Lotus Sutra will lead to enlightenment, which represents all Mahayana. Shantideva said that contempt should be abandoned for all who have only this much. It is impossible for these people who are within our reach to not have even this much. In the words of the Arya Sarvastivada Vinaya, the Blessed One saw someone prostrating to the hair and nail stupa of the Tathagata Kashyapa and said to Ananda, "Look at that person." Ananda replied, "I see him." The Blessed One said, "The land that his lower five limbs tread upon, up to the golden wheel, will be multiplied by a thousand times the number of dust particles, and he will attain the state of a Chakravartin." If the merit of prostration is great and the state of a Chakravartin is small, then where is the root of virtue? The answer is that it is exhausted by relying on the moonlight of celibacy. Therefore, it is important for friends to say that they do not change. Therefore, Geshe Chenpo Putowa also used to say that it is always necessary to have someone with the qualities of a Bodhisattva. Later, he said that if one vows to attain omniscience, then whether it arises or does not arise, whether it is lost after arising or not lost, it is all the same. He said that it is possible to evoke all faults from anger. Saying that the fault is that worldly wisdom is shallow is similar to all of that. The remedy for this is to generate the recognition of the teacher Buddha, which is not generated for non-Buddhas, because there is no difference between him and the body of the Buddha. The common cause of his activities is like the new moon. Not understanding that there is no real Buddha, if it is for the benefit of sentient beings, he will manifest in any way. Because one cannot judge merit by true or false, one must recognize one's own.

Speak what appears in your mind and what you say, without fabricating or slandering. If you slander, the sin is extremely great, as previously stated. If you fabricate, you will also become an accomplice. You don't need to proclaim it everywhere; rather, speak in whatever aspect of the four behaviors you are engaged in. In the Sutra of the Samadhi of Heroic Progress, it says: The venerable Mahakashyapa said, "We do not know which beings have or do not have the faculties to fully ripen into enlightenment. From now on, we will generate the perception of the teacher for all beings." Just as he made the vow, you must rely solely on the vow. We do not know whether we are Bodhisattvas or not. Because internally it is almost ripe. Obscured by negative karma that is destined to be experienced countless times in the future, and appearing as unripe, one does not even know oneself, like a fire covered with ashes. In particular, those with qualities may also appear inferior in their own perception. Or they may appear inferior because of necessity, and they may also hide their qualities. There is also no difference between all sentient beings and the nature of the Buddha. The Buddha protects them. If you can do these two things, then all the harmful dharmas that depend on individuals, as stated in the Compendium of Trainings, will not occur. The third is: If you deceive any sentient being with the intention to deceive, and it exceeds a certain time, whether you can deceive successfully or not, you will lose bodhicitta. The extent of deception is like Yeyung substituting inferior butter for superior butter, like what the people of Stodlung do, everyone says so. So don't do that, otherwise you won't succeed yourself. If you ultimately have your own desires, even when placing cushions, serving tea, oil cakes, and sweet cakes, there is a danger of deceiving, which leads to breaking vows. If there is no self-interest, but only the thought of benefiting sentient beings, even killing will not bring sin, but will increase much merit, so it is good. The key to distinguishing between self-interest and benefiting others is here. If you do not sever the conceptual thoughts of this life, it is difficult to protect all four black dharmas. The antidote to this is to constantly cultivate the superior intention of benefiting and placing all sentient beings in happiness without deception, so that future lives will benefit.
