There are also sufferings of having nowhere to go. Among these sufferings: Some people cannot even find pus and feces, blood, and other impure things. They scratch each other's faces and pull out pus from their throats, seeking ripe pus. It is said. Speaking of the suffering arising from distorted appearances: For these beings, during the Soka season, even the moon is hot, and in winter, even the sun is cold. These trees become fruitless, and just by looking at them, even rivers dry up. It is said that there are also sufferings of action. The pretas wandering in the sky are ghosts and evil spirits, etc., all of these kinds that now cause harm to humans. These also experience sufferings similar to the previous ones, such as heat, cold, hunger, thirst, fear, terror, fatigue, etc. The minds of dogs and pretas are always dry, squeaky, and full of harmful intentions. Therefore, they cannot endure even a moment of knowledge during Dharma assemblies. They also suffer from being mostly born in hell after death. In such places, it is not that others will be born, but oneself will not. It is not that one has not been born before and will not be born now. If one does not abandon the cause, one must definitely be born. Once born, one must experience all those sufferings. Among them, if the lifespan is short, it will be better for a moment, but the lifespan is also very long. In the Abhidharmakosha, it is said: Five hundred days and nights of the month. It is said that counting one human month as days and nights, one can live for five hundred years. That is calculated in human years. In the Letter to a Friend, it is said: Those who constantly endure suffering without interruption, some beings bound by the noose of evil karma, will not die even after five thousand or ten thousand years. It is said. Therefore, from Gyal Lhakhang (temple name), there was also a person named Tsa Dor Tsel, who was very attached to Gyalwa (temple name). Putowa said to him: You should not be too attached to this Gyal Lhakhang (temple name). Due to the ripening of excessive attachment, you will be reborn as a preta. At that time, you will not be able to endure it. If you are reborn here after that, you will not even know where this place called Gyal Lhakhang (temple name) is. He thought for a moment and was unhappy. Narthangpa Droton said: Things themselves change in that way, oh.

Ol said he didn't understand. Thinking like this, he believed in the suffering of hunger and thirst of pretas, etc. He also believed that it arose from stinginess. If one could cut off one's own flesh and give it away in charity, what need to mention external things? Sharawa said this. Then, for some animals, is there even more suffering than hell itself? He said many things like that, and all of those must be carefully contemplated. In general, there are thirty-four billion kinds of animals. If all of them are summarized, they can be summarized into two types: those who live in groups and those who are scattered. The animals that live in groups are said to be as numerous as the yeast in the outer ocean and the darkness between the continents. The scattered animals are said to be in the realm of the desire gods, and all of these that live with humans. If we consider the general suffering of these, the teacher Nagarjuna said: In the place of birth of animals, there is also killing, binding, beating, and various kinds of suffering. For those who have abandoned virtue, it is extremely unbearable to eat each other. Some die for the sake of pearls, wool, bones, blood, meat, and skin. Or, because of foolishness and delusion, knowledge is not good, they are dull, and they are always as if they are being pressed down by a great mountain. All the hot and cold are similar to hell, and all the hunger and thirst are similar to pretas. The particular suffering, the animals that live in groups, those that live in the depths of the ocean are all pressed down by the weight of the water, and those that live on top, if the sun shines too much, it is like a hot hell, and if there is no sun and the wind blows too much, it is like a cold hell. Those who live in the darkness between the continents cannot see even when they stretch and contract their limbs. When they scratch with their hands, they grab their own flesh, and they scratch and eat it. They eat each other, the big ones swallow the small ones, and the small ones scratch and eat the big ones, etc. The suffering is immeasurable. It is said that all nagas have the harm of garudas, and without jewels, they have the suffering of having seven showers of gravel rain every day. The scattered birds, mice, and wild animals also have the harm of garudas.
