Yes. The superior sees one's own mind as Buddha, the intermediate sees the essence of awareness as unborn, and the inferior relies on practice to train with one-pointed concentration. The superior realizes the essence of mind as it is, the intermediate realizes without sensing the coming and going of breath, and the inferior realizes as if there is no body. Observing the mind, that meaning which is nothing whatsoever is called awareness. The uncorrected and unpolluted essence of mind itself is real, clear, correct, and continuous at all times. It is divided into two: appearing but uncertain, and appearing and certain. Like the center of the autumn sky, realizing that mind itself is non-dual is appearing but uncertain. Not expecting upwards, not worrying downwards, and not changing even when changed by others, that is appearing and certain. For the uncertain, there will also be the bliss of calm abiding and non-conceptual thought, thinking: 'Is this an experience?' 'Is this not an experience?' This thought is caused by non-conceptual thought, and there is a danger of regressing downwards. When first learning, one should learn the clear and bright state of awareness. And, one should learn non-distracted awareness. And, one should learn that the essence of awareness is not distracted. Once one is accustomed to it, certainty will arise within oneself. If the essence of mind itself is not lost, then whatever thoughts arise are the Dharmakaya. Just as clouds and fog appear in the sky, no matter how much appears, it will clear away by itself in the sky. If thoughts cannot be eliminated immediately, they will reappear. Visualizing the Yidam as the Yidam, only meditate on luminosity. The clear and bright state is experience, not being distracted is abiding, not seeing the essence of wisdom in anything is realization, clear and unceasing, the momentary awareness is one-pointed yoga, realizing that the essence of awareness is unborn, transcending existence and non-existence, that is yoga free from elaboration, although appearing as various, realizing its nature as one, that is the yoga of one taste of many, continuously realizing that appearance and emptiness are inseparable, that is great equanimity. The essence of mind is like the center of the autumn sky, without hope or worry, unchanging, and continuous at all times. When learning, one should learn awareness that is clear and not distracted. Once one is accustomed to it, certainty will arise within oneself. Do not lose the essence of mind, and know that all thoughts and phenomena are mind. The inner signs of calm abiding will appear like smoke, like a mirage, like fireflies, like a cloudless sky, when smoke and mirages appear, one will be slightly in control of wisdom. Yes.
