Liberation. The venerable Lama Rinpoche composed the Mahamudra song. Namo Guru (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Guru). The teachings of Lama Nyigom: Recognizing the nature of one's own mind, clear and непрерывность, realizing the nature of the clear light Dharmakaya, and meditating without distraction. The Dharmakaya непрерывность, like the river of a yogi непрерывность, if definite knowledge arises, then it will never be separated. The four postures of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, are inseparable from this (awareness). Dreams and bardos are inseparable, remembering without forgetting. Karma cannot be проверять, it will surely cease, there is no doubt about this. Thus it is said. Is it that the blessings are mixed with my mind by the grace of the Lama? This is also what the Lama said. 'One lifetime, one body,' the meditation done on the mind and thoughts will be lost and separated. The meditation of realizing one's own nature will not be lost or separated. At first, one may be distracted, unmindful, and forgetful, but later one will be undistracted, unforgetful, and mindfulness will become clearer. With the lamp of wisdom that individually realizes one's own mind, dispel the darkness of what is to be known, and cut off external attachments. Like kneading appearances and existence like wool, seek certainty from within. Sometimes meditation succeeds and sometimes it fails, so one cannot be sure, and the mind is not уверенность. Because one is too attached to one's own mind, one always thinks of oneself. I think this is the лучшим способом to benefit one's own mind. Remembering the venerable Lama Nyigom, I went before him. With his grace and great compassion, he bestowed the most supreme essence of all beings born together, the Mahamudra White One Decisive Instruction. Keeping it in mind, I wrote it with great joy. On Gampo Mountain, in the presence of the Lama, I spoke the essential words of practice and realization. It should not be proclaimed to everyone, because they не поймут, but will instead give rise to wrong views. Prajnabodhi asked. The venerable Rinpoche said. Namo Guru (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Guru). There are four causes for the arising of Shamatha and Vipassana: arising from the blessings of the Lama, arising from dependent origination, arising from accumulating merit, and arising from очищение sins. The wisdom that is born together is: the талам wisdom that has always been there. To recognize it, let it remain unfabricated, let it remain unadorned, let it remain natural, let it remain as it is. Realizing that one's own mind is unborn, unceasing, un abiding, and unreal, thus то же самое realizing all phenomena of appearances and sounds, is the view. Thus, remaining without distraction in the сущность of the mind is meditation. One's own mind is unborn, and appearances and sounds are like water and waves, is the conduct. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
