Relax the body and mind, without any doubt in between, remain in a natural state. Finally, recognize that all arising feelings are unborn. Regarding the three aspects of view, meditation, and action: View is the un fabricated innate awareness, meditation is the non-conceptual ordinary awareness, and action is non-attachment, the six senses are free, without distraction, maintaining continuous mindfulness. The Buddha and sentient beings are like oil and sesame seeds, with the same essence. Appearances and mind are like water and ice, essentially one. As for the primordial suchness, children cannot understand it and misunderstand its core meaning. This was taught by Je Nyinggom (Venerable Nyinggom Rinpoche) to Sherab Jangchub (Wisdom Bodhi) at Gambopa. Namo Guru (Homage to the Guru). Continuously pray to the accomplished masters. Let your mind relax and be in a natural state. If attachment arises, that is a wrong path. If you do not practice continuously like a river, there is a danger of being bound by discursive thoughts. Therefore, cherish continuous practice. If you want to observe the primordial state of your mind, let go of effort and fabrication, and practice the channels and winds. Relax your mind and observe the mind. If you feel clarity without attachment, that is correct. When observing, you can see, and when abiding, you feel comfortable. In a state of clarity and non-attachment, settle the mind in the nature of space. Let appearances dissolve into the realm of awareness. Abide in the unchanging, self-luminous state. These are the teachings of Repa (Jetsun Repa). This was written by Je Rinpoche's (Tsongkhapa's) nephew, Jampel Chokyi (Dharma King) Sonam Lhundrup Drakpa Gyaltsen Pal Sangpo, at Shanti Mountain to propagate the Kagyu teachings. The scribe is Sherab Kunga (Wisdom Joy). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
