Meditate alternately on bliss and non-conceptuality. Similarly with the generation and completion stages. The instruction for mixing coemergent wisdom is: day and night. Combine with a qualified karmamudrā (action seal, referring to sexual union with a consort). In a secluded place, perform the preliminaries of bodhicitta, then separate with a curtain, and both meditate on bliss. If it's not clear, visualize the curtain, then observe and meditate again. Meditate on the appearance, and also meditate and observe on oneself. Combine the appearance with oneself. The method for mixing at night is: first, seize the dream, purify it, and recognize it as illusory, then meditate on the dream as reality itself. If dreams don't arise, focus solely on dreams for half a month or a month. If showing it to others, practice the wisdom heat (ye shes kyi gtum mo) or just bind the winds. Homage to the precious lamas! Regarding abiding and realization, don't prioritize abiding. Abiding can include fainting, deep sleep, intoxication, etc., because there is no realization. Prioritize realization, whatever appears is mind, because it is clear. Experiencing clarity is called mind, because it is awareness. Awareness is emptiness, unestablished by nature, that is realization. Continuously maintain that, and stabilizing that experience is called meditation. That is also, meditating in order to realize, and meditating after realizing. Among them, all meditations with signs, up to and including the illusory, are meditating in order to realize. All appearances are mind, mind is free from elaboration, free from grasping, the experience of being as open as the sky is stable, that is meditating after realizing. Meditating with signs after realizing is like finding the elephant and then looking for the elephant's footprints. That itself must also become an antidote to attachment and aversion, because everything is known as mind, so one's own mind being free from grasping is the antidote. When awareness experiences self-aware emptiness, it is empty by reality, empty by ultimate truth, then stabilize that emptiness. This is the instruction of the precious lama! Homage to the venerable lamas! If meditating on bodhicitta, first find a karmamudrā girl of eight or twelve years, who has the marks, then study and practice, both blessing each other with the pride of the deity (ngagyal, divine pride). Vajra lotus karmamudrā and the posture of a sparrow. Behind the fingernail of the vajra jewel, visualize a bindu (Sanskrit: बिन्दु, bindu, drop) the size of a mustard seed, then unite with the karmamudrā, and without performing the stirring union, breathe with the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literally: Hūṃ). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pulling upwards and repeatedly straightening. The wavering of the bliss of power relying on the mudra is joy (dga' ba). The bliss of seeking everywhere is supreme joy (mchog dga'). That moment of non-conceptuality is the joy born together with the example. Hold the mind to that. That mudra is made the cause of the object to be focused on. The bliss that arises from the white bindu of substance being made the main cause. Falling between the lotuses is joylessness (dga' bral). The union of pulling upwards is done again and again, gradually holding the mind for a long time in the joy born together. Then, by the power of the wind being pulled upwards, the fierce woman (gtum mo) pervades all places, and having radiated up to the crown of the head, purifies the true element of the body. That is when the wind dissolves into the fire, the sign appears like a constant smoke. Then, from the crown of the head, lower the bodhicitta between the vajra jewel (rdo rje nor bu), and meditate on it as unchanging, that is when the water dissolves into the fire, the sign appears like a mirage. From the tip of the vajra, reverse the bodhicitta upwards to the crown of the head, that is when the water dissolves into the earth, the sign appears like a butter lamp. To that Being extremely stable and appearing like a firefly is the completion of calm abiding (zhi gnas), which is equal to the samadhi (ting nge 'dzin) of the first dhyana. Interrupt that, and one should train in insight (lhag mthong), clearly focusing on the bindu of the fruit in the heart, and with its bliss pervading the upper and lower body, gather it into the bindu. Also gather the bindu from the outside inwards, and meditate on it as being the shape of a horse's tail, empty inside. Then gradually becoming thinner and thinner, gradually meditate on it as clear light emptiness. If conceptual thoughts arise, then focus again between the bindu and the body, and again gradually meditate on it as emptiness as before. Meditating in this way, a sign like a cloudless sky will appear, realizing that all phenomena are without self, like the center of space. The path of liberation, the path of attachment, and the path of remaining particularly in one's own state, these three. Homage to the noble lamas! The path of liberation, the path of attachment, and the path of remaining particularly in one's own state, these three are like this: First, purifying the wind, by controlling the wind and bindu with the instructions of the twenty-four places, and by purifying and so on, make the wind stay or leave as desired. Then, experiencing the clear light born together, both the path of liberation and the delight in messengers rely on the key instructions: the key instruction of the upper channel wind, the key instruction of the lower birth, and the key instruction of the accomplishment word, these four. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
