Gathered here. This is also the root of the seventy-two thousand channels. Since all the winds that flow within these channels are gathered here without exception, it is called the 'essential point.' The path of liberation is: first, contemplate the wheel of skillful means and wisdom (thabs lha'i 'khor lo), then understand that all phenomena are interdependent. One should comprehend the meaning of unborn and unarisen, and by contemplating the source where the upper channels and winds converge, five signs will gradually appear, and in one lifetime and one body, one will attain the accomplishment of Mahamudra. If one wishes to rely on a messenger (pho nya), one should bring a consort (rig ma) who is well-versed in empowerment, vows, and commitments, and possesses the signs (mtshan ldan), to a secluded place, and practice body and mind. However one abides, with the mind of knowing everything, understand that feelings and craving are illusions. Because of the touch arising from the union of wisdom, there is no affliction. Because of possessing skillful means, there is no fault. Because of not being separated from loving-kindness, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment, there is no fault. Both possess the recognition of the body as the deity, the speech as mantra, and the mind as the nature of reality. Always possessing wisdom and not being separated, there is no fault. What should be practiced is: the mind that desires pleasure from touch, the mind that clings to pleasure, the method of experiencing pleasure from touch, and the mind that clings to the pleasure of completely grasping pleasure. Likewise, one should establish and maintain this state. In this regard, one should recognize the essential point of generating pleasure and the essential point of accomplishing practice. At the time of applying the essential point to the essential point, by controlling the essential point of the upper channels and winds, one can also gather the bliss of the mudra into oneself. Thus, the bodhicitta will not be lost, and one will possess the vows. Homage to the esteemed gurus. For the fortunate individual who wishes to enter the path, first, straighten the crooked mind, abandon the thoughts of this world. Then, cut off the distractions of the mind, demarcate the beginning and end through reliance on inner realization, and demarcate the beginning and end through reliance on outer realization. Here, practice the mind primarily based on the former (relying on outer realization to demarcate the beginning and end). Death relies on the ultimate clear light, and from the five Abhisambodhis (mngon byang lnga), practice into the deity body that abides in its own nature. Through the recitation that stimulates speech and mind, practice speech by reciting Dewa Pichu (de wa pi tsu). Accumulate the collection of illusions from illusion and one's own mind being non-dual, free from addition and subtraction. Purify sins. Train in the vast view, and completely ripen the mindstream. Transforming many into one, and gathering one into many, and so on, are the practices of illusion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To be able to recognize in dreams, to be able to fall asleep, to be able to know dreams in dreams, to be able to increase dreams, to be able to purify dreams. Mixing illusion and dreams, mixing Bardo and clear light. The Bardo between birth and death, the Bardo of dreams, the Bardo of existence, and applying this path to the Bardo of meditation. The inner reliance is the nature of one's own mind, not born from the outer four elements, not born from emptiness, not born from the minds of the six realms of beings, not born from the five aggregates, the twelve entrances, and the eighteen realms, not born from the five senses and the five objects; even if meditating on emptiness, it cannot be denied; even if meditating on existence, it cannot appear. Even if meditating on emptiness, it cannot be extinguished. Free from the extreme of addition. Even if meditating on emptiness, it cannot be extinguished, even if meditating on existence, it cannot appear, thus abandoning the extreme of subtraction. The mind itself, free from the two extremes, realizing clear light, is such profound wisdom. The nature of outer reliance is like the example of a water bubble, like the example of frost and fire, like the example of water entering water, like the example of the sky being primordially pure. Therefore, the wisdom that knows all phenomena is vast. It is said: Before practicing illusion, first practice your own mind like the moon in water. For the yogi who realizes the Dharmakaya (藏文:སྐུ་,梵文天城体:रूप,梵文罗马拟音:rūpa,汉语字面意思:form body) and wisdom, as more firewood means a bigger flame, as the five poisons flourish, wisdom increases, but they have no attachment to the five poisons. Do not recall the past, do not welcome the future, abide in the naturally arising state of the present. Homage to all the venerable Lamas! Regarding the Bardo, it is said to be divided into first recognizing clear light, second recognizing the illusory body, and third blocking the womb entrance. When earth dissolves into water, the body cannot be supported. When water dissolves into fire, the mouth and nose become dry. When fire dissolves into wind, body temperature decreases. When wind dissolves into Alaya consciousness, two deep breaths occur. After that, the outer breath stops, the inner breath does not stop, like a subtle panting. When the coarse awareness of objects ceases, the outer sign is a white appearance, expecting a red appearance. The outer sign is like the rising moon, the inner sign is like smoke. In the second instant, the outer sign is like the rising sun, the inner sign is like a firefly. In the third instant, the outer sign is like darkness, the inner sign is like a butter lamp. In the fourth instant, the outer sign is like dawn, the inner sign is like a cloudless sky. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
