The maṇḍalas of the essence in the center of the manifested wisdom wheel in front are transformed into the maṇḍala of great bliss of nectar. On top of the four truncated corners in the center of the lower palace, adorned with bulges, is an eight-spoked wheel. In the burning vessel of nectar, Bhañja, the essence of the five meats, five nectars, and five wisdoms abides, and on the eight spokes outside are the eight terminators. On the four directions above it, the four Herukas of the families abide, and on the top, the four feet of Vajra Heruka trample. Above that is the mother, Namzhalma, with nine heads and eighteen arms, her four feet trampling on the left and right tops of Vajra Heruka, and the central eye of the root face is half-submerged in the bhaga. Above that is the Great Supreme Heruka, with twenty-one heads, the top showing the form of a horse's head. The forty-two hands hold the peaceful deity assembly. United with the secret vajra and the nine faces of the eight-footed mother. Then, it is clarified by the face-born one: Emaho! Great glorious Great Supreme Heruka. The twenty-one head grounds are spontaneously accomplished. The undefiled wisdom head is the great wrathful powerful one. The first, the ground of great joy, is the suppressor. The flawless wisdom head is the great wrathful conqueror of the three realms. The second, the stainless ground, is the suppressor. The demon-destroying wisdom head is the great wrathful swirling nectar. The third, the radiating ground, is the suppressor. The thought-destroying wisdom head is the great wrathful king of desire. The fourth, the illuminating ground, is the suppressor. The awe-inspiring wisdom head is the great wrathful horse supreme glorious one. The fifth, the difficult to tame ground, is the suppressor. The pure wisdom head is the great wrathful immovable protector. The sixth, the manifest ground, is the suppressor. The skillful means wisdom head is the great wrathful destroyer of Yama. The seventh, the far-gone ground, is the suppressor. The powerful wisdom head is the great wrathful blue staff wielder. The eighth, the immovable ground, is the suppressor. The wise wisdom head is the great wrathful completely victorious one. The ninth, the ground of good intelligence, is the suppressor. The majestic wisdom head is.

The crown is Wrathful One Humkara, the tenth is the Dharma cloud ground, the place of subjugation. Manifest wisdom crown is Yaksha Heruka. The eleventh, the ground of all-pervading light, is the place of subjugation. All-knowing wisdom crown is Guhya Heruka, the twelfth, the Vajra Holder's ground, is the place of subjugation. Compassionate Protector wisdom crown is Anu Heruka, the thirteenth, the Vajrasattva's ground, is the place of subjugation. Pervasive and vast wisdom crown is the supreme bliss itself's crown, the twentieth, the three realms of existence spontaneously perfected ground, is the place of subjugation. Tumultuous wisdom crown is the horse's neigh resounding in the sky, the twenty-first, the wisdom lama's ground, is the place of subjugation. The right face opens, baring its fangs, completely severing the cycle of birth and death of samsara. The left face opens, baring its fangs, completely exhausting the afflictions and suffering of samsara. The central heads open, baring their fangs, swallowing everything into the expanse of Dharmata. The right eye, when averted, scatters demons and obstacles into ashes. The left eye, when averted, dispels the suffering of the lower realms. The central eye, when averted, clearly sees the Dharmadhatu. The white fangs, biting upwards, completely sever the habitual tendencies of samsara, the cycle of birth and death. The red hair, bristling upwards, the ultimate wisdom of Dharmadhatu is unparalleled.
