་པ་དང་། བསླབ་པ། ཕན་ཡོན་ནོ། །དང་པོ་སྨོན་པ་ནི། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕ་མར་མ་གྱུར་པ་མེད་དོ། །མ་འདི་དག་བདེ་བར་འདོད། སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་འདོད། བདེ་བ་འདོད་བཞིན་དུ་བདེ་བ་དགྲ་ལྟར་བོར། སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་འདོད་བཞིན་དུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་རྒྱུ་སྒྲུབ་པ་འདི་རྣམས་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། བདེ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱ། སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་བྲལ་བར་བྱ། སྡུག་བསྔལ་མེད་པའི་བདེ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་པའི་བྱམས་པ་ཚད་མེད་པ་བཞི་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེས་པའི་སྨོན་པ་སྟེ། པདྨའི་སྙིང་གུར་ལས། སེམས་ཅན་དོན་ལ་སྨོན་བྱེད་པ། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མྱུར་པའི་ལམ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །སེམས་ཅན་འདི་དག་ཕ་མར་མ་གྱུར་པ་མེད་དོ། །འདི་དག་གི་ལྟོ་བར་མ་ཉལ་བ་དང་། ནུ་ཞོ་མ་འཐུངས་བ་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་གཅིག་གི་ལུས་བླངས་པས། དྲི་མེད་བཤགས་རྒྱུད་ལས། ཤ་རུས་བསགས་ན་འཇིག་རྟེན་གཏོས་དང་མཉམ། །རྣག་ཁྲག་བསགས་ན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཙམ། །ལས་འཕྲོ་བསགས་ནས་བསམ་འདས་བརྗོད་མི་ལང་། །ཁམས་གསུམ་བགྲངས་ཤིང་སྐྱེ་ཤིའི་ཁ་བརྒྱུད་ཅིང་། །ཞེས་གསུངས། སེམས་ཅན་འདི་དག་ལ་ཕན་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བསྒྲུབས་སྙམ་པས་བསམ་པ་བཟང་པོས་འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་མནར་བ་འདི་དག་ཐར་བ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་བདག་ཁོ་ནས་འགོད་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་པའི་བདག་ལས་གཞན་གཅེས་ཀྱི་བསམ་པས་རིགས་དྲུག་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྦྱངས་བར་ཁུར་ལྕི་ཁུར་བར་དམ་བཅས་ནས་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་བསམ་གཏན་ལ་གནས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། སྟན་བདེ་བ་ལ་འདུག་ནས་དབུག་གཏོང་ལེན་ཟབ་མོའི་སྤེལ་བར་བྱ་བ་ལ། དབུག་ཚུར་རྔུབ་དུས་རིགས་དྲུག་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་རྒྱུད་ལ་ལེན་པ་དང་། ཕར་བཏང་པས་རང་གི་བསོད་ནམས་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཐམས་ཅད་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྦྱོར་བར་བསམས་ཤིང་། དམྱལ་བ་ཚ་གྲང་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་བྲལ་ནས་ཚ་བ་ལ་བསིལ་བའི་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་དང་། གྲང་བ་ལ་གནས་ཁང་གོས་སོགས་སོ་སོར་གང་འདོད་ཐོབ་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དང་། ཡི་དྭགས་བཀྲེས་སྐོམ་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་བྲལ་ཞིང་འདོད་ཡོན་གྱི་གཏེར་རྙེད་པ་དང་། དུད་འགྲོ་བཀོལ་སྤྱོད་དང་གཏི་མུག་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྱང་ཞིང་བདེ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་སོགས་མདོར་ན་རིགས་དྲུག་སོ་སོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཞིང་། གང་ལ་གང་འདོད་ཀྱི་འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་ཅིང་སྨོན་སེམས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱ། གཉིས་པ་སྨོན་པའི་བསླབ་པ་ནི། བློ་གྲོས་མི་ཟད་པས་ཞུས་པའི་མདོ་ལས། བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ལྡན་པའི་

和，修习，利益。第一是发愿：一切众生没有不做过父母的。这些母亲想要安乐，不想要痛苦。想要安乐却像对待仇人一样舍弃安乐，不想要痛苦却在造作痛苦之因，这些众生真可怜。愿他们具有安乐，愿他们远离痛苦，愿他们具有无苦之乐，生起如此慈无量心是为发愿。如莲花心髓中说：若有发愿利益众生者，乃是速证圆满佛陀之道。如是说。这些众生没有不做过父母的。没有没在这些众生的腹中睡过，没有没喝过乳汁的，仅仅取过一个众生的身体，在无垢忏悔续中说：血肉积聚与世界等量，脓血积聚如大海之量，业缘积聚不可思议无法言说，三界轮回生死的次数。如是说。心想为这些众生成办广大利益，以善良之心愿六道众生摆脱痛苦的煎熬，我独自将他们安置于无上菩提之果位，以自轻他重的思想，誓愿承担净化六道痛苦的重任，安住于大悲禅定之中。安坐在舒适的坐垫上，进行深奥的呼气和吸气交替，吸气时观想将六道众生的所有痛苦都吸入自己的体内，呼气时观想将自己的所有福德安乐都施与众生。愿地狱众生远离寒热之苦，热者获得清凉的甘露水流，冷者获得住所衣物等各自想要之物，生起这样的发心。愿饿鬼众生远离饥渴之苦，获得如意宝藏。愿旁生摆脱役使和愚痴之苦，获得安乐等等。总之，愿六道各自的所有痛苦都得以净化，所有众生都能如愿以偿，生起无上的愿心。第二是发愿的修习：在《无尽慧经》中说：具有慈悲的

And, practice, benefit. The first is aspiration: there are no sentient beings who have not been parents. These mothers want happiness, they do not want suffering. Wanting happiness, they abandon happiness as if treating an enemy, not wanting suffering, they are creating the cause of suffering, these sentient beings are so pitiful. May they have happiness, may they be free from suffering, may they have happiness without suffering, generating such immeasurable love is aspiration. As it is said in the Essence of the Lotus Heart: If one aspires to benefit sentient beings, it is the path to quickly attain perfect Buddhahood. Thus it is said. These sentient beings have all been parents. There is no one who has not slept in the belly of these sentient beings, no one who has not drunk milk, having taken only one sentient being's body. In the Stainless Confession Tantra it says: The accumulation of flesh and bones is equal to the size of the world, the accumulation of pus and blood is like the size of the great ocean, the accumulation of karmic connections is inconceivable and indescribable, the number of times of samsara in the three realms. Thus it is said. Thinking of accomplishing great benefit for these sentient beings, with a good heart, wishing that the six realms of sentient beings be free from the torment of suffering, I alone will place them in the state of unsurpassed enlightenment, with the thought of cherishing others more than oneself, vowing to bear the heavy burden of purifying the suffering of the six realms, abiding in the meditation of great compassion. Sitting comfortably on a cushion, practice the profound exchange of exhaling and inhaling, visualizing that when inhaling, all the suffering of the six realms is inhaled into one's own body, and when exhaling, all of one's own merit and happiness is given to all sentient beings. May the hell beings be free from the suffering of heat and cold, may those who are hot receive a stream of cool nectar, and may those who are cold receive dwellings, clothes, and other things they desire, generating such a mind. May the hungry ghosts be free from the suffering of hunger and thirst, and may they find a treasure of wish-fulfilling jewels. May the animals be freed from the suffering of servitude and ignorance, and may they have happiness, etc. In short, may all the suffering of each of the six realms be purified, and may all sentient beings have all their desires fulfilled, generating the unsurpassed mind of aspiration.
