Yes. The second is the sign: if the body enters a natural state, there will be no desire to move the body. If speech enters a natural state, there will be no desire to speak. If the mind enters a natural state, all scattered and gathered thoughts will be purified in themselves and dissipate. Until these signs appear, strive to practice. As it is said in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra: "To practice the Perfection of Wisdom is to practice space." This is the same as the key point here. The benefits of entering such a natural state are: As it is said in the Longsal: "Like this, whoever enters a natural state, the disturbances of the elements, diseases, and obstacles will be pacified, and clinging will be naturally liberated." Therefore, bringing the three doors of body, speech, and mind into a natural state has two purposes: temporary and ultimate. The temporary purpose is that the three doors of body, speech, and mind enter a natural state, the elements do not become disturbed, diseases and obstacles do not arise, and one naturally abides in a state of meditation. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases abide in their own places, therefore there is a need to increase Bodhicitta. When speech enters a natural state, the words spoken are naturally purified, and there is a need for the meaning that cannot be spoken to arise in the mind. When the mind enters a natural state, all thoughts are liberated in themselves, and there is a need to naturally abide in the state of self-existing Great Perfection, beyond thought and expression. The ultimate and supreme purpose is the need for the clinging to the three doors of body, speech, and mind to be naturally purified. Furthermore, when the body enters a natural state, it is touching the Nirmanakaya. When speech enters a natural state, it is touching the Sambhogakaya. When the mind enters a natural state, it is touching the Dharmakaya. Thus, the three doors of body, speech, and mind are inseparable, and one abides in the state where the three kayas are inseparable. As it is said in the Nirvana Sutra: "Son of lineage, relying on the leisure of the body, one touches the Nirmanakaya. Relying on the leisure of speech, one touches the Sambhogakaya. Relying on the leisure of the mind, one touches the Dharmakaya." Thus, if one does not enter a natural state, there will be faults contrary to the above qualities. Therefore, until the above signs of entering a natural state appear, strive!
