Practicing in various ways. As it is said before: In order to carry out the preliminary of the mind, train the suffering of the six realms in the mind. As it is said, it is to distinguish the boundaries of body, speech, and mind. First of all, this body is produced from ignorance, so it is constantly wandering in samsara. In order not to wander in samsara from now on, it is necessary to distinguish the body, speech, and mind from samsara. That is, from the two parts of samsara and nirvana, first go to a deserted mountain, bless a torma and three grains and offer them to the gods, nagas, and landlords of that place. Report: We are practicing the separation of samsara and nirvana in this place, so until the matter is completed, do not create any internal or external obstacles, please be a great companion for my virtuous deeds. Then think like this: From now on, until all sentient beings attain the precious Buddhahood, my body will separate samsara and nirvana, and will not return. After generating this mind, try to remember the actions of body, speech, and mind of the six realms of beings. Such as the happiness and enjoyment of gods, the songs and dances of dragons and various musical instruments, and the painful expressions of death and fall. The struggles, killings, wars, etc. of the Asuras, various happy and painful behaviors, and the scenes of enjoyment and happiness of other wealthy people, such as officials. The scenes of the middle class doing business, farming, subduing enemies, and protecting relatives, and the state of the poor and miserable. In short, the scenes and states of birth, old age, sickness and death must be presented. Similarly, the ignorance, dumbness, and exploitation of animals, the suffering of hungry ghosts from hunger and thirst, the suffering of hell from heat and cold, all of these must be experienced in one's own mind. Various body jumps, runs, walks, stays, etc. Here, in order to distinguish between samsara and nirvana, there are the physical behaviors of the six realms of beings, the postures of peaceful and wrathful deities, the sounds of speech of the six realms of beings, the sounds of mantras and hum phat, the suffering of the six realms of beings experienced in the mind, etc. The actions of body, speech, and mind are separated, divided into three dharma seats and their respective practices, and there is such a tradition.

Having done it together here. If you want to do it in detail, please do it separately. Note: Do all the postures. Speaking various sounds of this and that with language, etc., using it continuously, until the language is tired and becomes like brothers, then observe the self-nature of after-awareness and rest. Also, the peaceful and wrathful postures of the Sugata of body's bliss, the various sounds of language mantras, and the generation stage of whatever deity is your own mind, or in accordance with the body postures of the peaceful and wrathful Sugatas, those images are clear, completely pure recollection, unwavering pride, do as much as possible, and then protect the self-nature of after-awareness. Having done so, there is no hot, cold, hunger, thirst, attachment, rejection, and acceptance in the body, in language, the meaning of the words of the Guru's instructions will arise, and the wisdom arising from meditation, in the mind, the experience of clear emptiness, uninterrupted bliss will arise without effort, until these have not arisen, practice. The necessity of those is: the sins of body, speech, and mind are purified, obstacles are pacified, clinging is transformed, understanding that the world of the six realms of beings is false, defilements become thin, ultimately it is necessary to attain the nature of body, speech, and mind vajra, therefore, in the root texts, although it is said that the distinctions of body, speech, and mind are different, and the preliminaries of the three doors are performed alternately, but considering that if only the distinction of the three is done as a whole, then the practice will become essential and weighty, therefore, as mentioned above, the Gurus practice in this way. The eighth general meaning is, like the internal distinction between samsara and nirvana, the order of burning and purifying the six realms is: Oh, now you who are gathered here, in order to liberate all sentient beings from samsara and realize the ultimate meaning of reality, so do not be distracted, listen attentively with one mind. Then how should one listen? In the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Treasury it says: Also abandon distractions and disturbances, from the actual and mental offerings, prostrate, sit upright, join palms, listen with an undistracted and respectful attitude. As it is said, to listen to the Dharma, one must abandon all distractions and disturbances. That is to say, worldly business and so on are distractions of the three doors, gathering retinues and wealth inside,
