由烦恼所生，果报不会穷尽。 自现颠倒，如梦中显现一般。 六道各自感受的自性是， 无有显现，迷惑的痛苦无法衡量。 暂时简略地按照教证来讲述，请听好。 如经分别中说：不净的泥潭中没有香味， 同样六道中没有安乐。 燃烧的深渊中没有清凉， 轮回中也没有喜悦。 如是所说，六道轮回中，造作恶业深重所成熟的痛苦最大的是地狱。 地狱中，热地狱的痛苦是： 如意宝藏中说：地狱之处痛苦无法衡量， 众合互相以兵器击打， 屡屡生死的痛苦无法忍受。 如是所说，八热地狱的第一个众合地狱，那些众生互相视为仇敌一般生起嗔恨，手中自然生起各种兵器互相击打而死，从虚空中发出声音说变成众合吧，刚一说完立即复活，又以兵器互相残杀，唯有生生死死。 亲友书（胜友书）中说： 此处一日中，三百短矛极猛烈地刺击，那是怎样的痛苦？ 那样的地狱小小的痛苦， 稍微也无法忍受，一点也无法承受。 如是。 比那痛苦七倍的地狱是： 如意宝藏中说： 黑线以铁锯切割翅膀， 密集摧毁山和石臼中捶打， 哭喊铁室燃烧中焚烧， 大哭喊铁室两次依次焚烧。 如是说。 以燃烧的铁锯在身上画黑线之后切割，又劈开粘连的地方，劈开的地方就是黑线地狱。 山的中间和石臼中， 在空中以燃烧的铁锤像砸糌粑一样捶打，就是密集摧毁地狱。 在没有门的铁房子里被火焚烧，就是哭喊地狱。 两个铁室依次焚烧，就是大哭喊地狱。 从那些地狱中痛苦还要大七倍的是： 遍知法王说： 极热地狱，在燃烧的土地上， 剥下皮用木桩钉住， 极其炽热的地狱内外被火焚烧， 铜

Born from afflictions, the fruition will not be exhausted. Self-appearance reversed, like appearances in a dream. The nature of experiencing the six realms individually is, Non-existent appearance, the suffering of delusion is immeasurable. For a moment, listen to a brief explanation according to the scriptures. As stated in the Sutra of Discrimination: In an impure swamp, there is no fragrance, Similarly, there is no happiness in the six realms. In a burning pit, there is no coolness, And in existence, there is no joy. As it is said, among the six realms of samsara, the greatest suffering of ripening from the heavy use of negative karma is hell. Within hell, the suffering of the hot hells is: From the Treasury of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel: In the hellish realm, suffering is immeasurable, The Reviving Ones strike each other with weapons, Again and again, the suffering of birth and death is unbearable. As it is said, the first of the eight hot hells, the Reviving Ones, those beings arise with hatred as if seeing each other as enemies, and various weapons naturally appear in their hands, striking each other and dying. From the sky, a voice arises saying, "Become revived!" As soon as it is said, they are immediately revived as before, and again they kill each other with weapons, only birth and death. In the Friendly Epistle (Letter to a Friend): Here, in one day, three hundred short spears fiercely stab, what is that suffering like? Even the smallest suffering of that hell, Even slightly, one cannot bear, not even a little can one endure. So it is. The hell that suffers seven times more than that is: From the Treasury of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel: Black lines, wings are cut with iron saws, Densely destroyed, mountains and mortars are pounded, Crying out, iron houses are burned in flames, Great crying out, two iron houses are burned in sequence. As it is said. After drawing black lines on the body with a burning iron saw, cutting and separating the attached parts, the place that is cut is the Black Line Hell. In the middle of mountains and in mortars, From the sky, burning iron hammers pound like pounding tsampa, that is the Dense Destruction Hell. Burning in a doorless iron house, that is the Crying Out Hell. Two iron houses are burned in sequence, that is the Great Crying Out Hell. Furthermore, there are burning iron hammers, Melting copper is involuntarily poured into the mouth, and the body is immediately burned to ashes. Among all of these, the suffering is seven times greater than this, which is the Avici Hell. As it is said in the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Treasury: The burning iron chamber of Avici is unbearable, beating, crushing, cutting, grinding into powder, cooking, piercing, and wrapping with burning iron plates. Thus it is said. Because there is no suffering greater than that, it is called Avici. In the burning iron chamber, Yama beats with a hammer, enemies crush, saws cut, mortars grind, large pots cook, spears and tridents and other weapons pierce, and burning iron plates wrap the body from head to toe like ropes, etc., the suffering is immeasurable. Outside that place, in the four directions, there are sixteen nearby. As it is said in the Wish-Fulfilling Treasury: The swamp of rotting corpses and the immeasurable river, the razor plain and the sword-leaf forest, thorny trees surround everywhere, hell beings experience various sufferings. Thus it is said. Around Avici Hell is a swamp of rotting corpses, filled with decaying bodies, where the former hell beings open the door and enter. Many worms with iron and copper mouths bite and eat flesh and bones. There, they think they have found a way to escape, so they go out. But in the river of ashes and boiling immeasurability, flesh and bones are scorched. As it is said in the Bodhisattvacharyavatara: Sinking into the immeasurable river like a fire pit, all flesh melts, leaving only bones, like the color of Kunda flowers. On both sides, Yama's messengers guard, and there is no escape. At the end of the road, on the razor plain, when the foot is placed, it is cut, and when lifted, it returns to its original state. In the sword-leaf forest, the branches and leaves of the trees all turn into blades, cutting the body. On the thorny iron tree mountain, climbing up and down, dogs and birds, etc., eat them.
