At that time. Towards all sentient beings in the six realms, with the concept of mother and child, liberate those who are not liberated, release those who are not released, allow those who are on the verge of death to breathe, and place them in peace. Generate the aspiration for Bodhicitta. Recite as much as possible. The meaning of this is that from now on, until all sentient beings in the six realms have not attained liberation and Bodhi, one must cultivate the four immeasurables. Immeasurable compassion is like a mother killing her son first, immeasurable love is like a mother bird hatching eggs and feeding chicks, immeasurable joy is like a mother finding her lost son, and immeasurable equanimity is like a Bodhisattva giving alms or a sage entertaining guests. These four immeasurables are not just words, but must be cultivated from the depths of one's heart. The Buddhas of the past, for those sentient beings who have not been saved from the ocean of suffering in Samsara, I will save them; for those sentient beings who have not been liberated from the bonds of afflictions, I will liberate them. For those sentient beings who are tormented by afflictions and are on the verge of death, I will allow them to breathe and completely pacify them, one should have such great mental strength. There are immeasurable benefits to this. As it is said in the Bodhicaryāvatāra: "Once Bodhicitta arises, in an instant, the suffering beings imprisoned in the prison of Samsara are called the sons of the Tathāgatas, and become objects of worship for gods and humans in the world." Thus, generating the aspiration and practice of Bodhicitta is the foundation of all vehicles of higher rebirth and definite goodness, and is a necessary condition for realizing the fruits of liberation, virtuous qualities, merit, and wisdom. Third common meaning is to show the path of taking and abandoning cause and effect. Oh, now all of you who are here, do not be distracted, concentrate all your thoughts, and listen carefully with a mind that is complete with the spontaneous accomplishment of both self and other benefits. As it is said in the 《चन्द्रराजपृच्छासूत्र》 (Chandra-raja-pṛcchā-sūtra, 月 राजा पूछा सूत्र): "Speech and hearing, faith and wisdom, those without obstacles, these five are very difficult to obtain, one should always listen to the words of the teacher." Thus, all of you should not be distracted, listen respectfully with one mind, and should learn to put it into practice. Furthermore, the Buddha is endowed with skillful means and great compassion,

The wisdom increases without partiality, and the deeds and accomplishments of the teachers, the Buddhas of the three times, are rare and extraordinary. For the sake of placing all sentient beings of the three realms in the supreme liberation and enlightenment, they have spoken of an inconceivable collection of Dharma. If summarized, there are two types: the Paramita Vehicle, which takes the cause as the path, and the Secret Mantra Vajra Vehicle, which takes the result as the path. Now, in this context, you are also being guided through the Secret Mantra Vajra Vehicle. As mentioned earlier, the leisure and endowment are difficult to obtain but easily destroyed, being impermanent and unstable. Among them, the outer world is temporarily impermanent due to the changes of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The inner sentient beings also have no certainty of happiness or suffering in the beginning or end of life, nor of the length of life. Even every day and every night are impermanent and changing. In general, gathering will eventually lead to separation, accumulation will eventually be exhausted, construction will eventually collapse, and conditioned phenomena have no essence. In particular, one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases are also gradually changing under the control of birth, old age, sickness, and death. Moreover, there is no certainty of how much lifespan one has, like a flickering candle in the wind, a traveler in a market, dew on the tip of grass, or a bubble in water. There are four hundred and four diseases, and many obstacles such as demons and evil spirits act as aids to death, causing one to abandon all accumulated wealth, friendly relatives, dwelling places, and cherished illusory bodies, and go to a foreign land. The body is either burned by fire, floated in water, or thrown into terrifying charnel grounds, wilderness, forests, and watersides, becoming food for birds and beasts. The name disappears, and consciousness wanders aimlessly like the wind. However, after death, one does not become nothing or vanish into emptiness. Rather, one's past karmic results accompany one like a shadow. If one has accumulated excellent virtuous deeds in the past, one can enjoy the happiness and prosperity of the heavens. If one has accumulated the fruits of evil in the past, one will suffer great pain in the lower realms.
