Tantra, the view and conduct of body, speech, and mind are inseparable, hence it is superior. Mainly expounds the view, hence it is Yoga. It does not particularly rely on view, hence it is superior. Realizing the deity and self-appearance as non-dual, hence it is Maha (Sanskrit, Mahā, great). It is free from mental grasping and effort, hence it is superior. Realizing the Dharmadhatu and primordial wisdom as non-dual, hence it is Anu (Sanskrit, Anu, small). It does not regard the two as cause and effect,

Merely by oneself, one accomplishes the entirety of samsara. Second, the detailed explanation of the stages of simultaneous and subsequent (practices): One should understand suchness as it is. From the aspect of the body, abandon the activities of good, bad, and neutral, and remain without action like a corpse in a charnel ground. From the aspect of speech, likewise abandon the three activities and remain like a mute. From the aspect of mind, abandon the three activities and remain without fabrication or correction, like the autumn sky, free from the three faults of dullness, agitation, and scattering. This is called "remaining in equipoise." Having abandoned the nine activities, it is called "abandoning activities" and "without action." Not fabricated by the intellect, it is also called "beyond intellect." If so, one will gain great self-confidence in that very key point. Furthermore, at all times, in all activities such as walking, sitting, moving, acting, reciting, thinking, and behaving, without losing the stance of the view, see all phenomena as illusory; without losing the foundation of meditation, abide in the self-manifesting awareness; without losing the discipline of conduct, practice the four modes of conduct in accordance with the Dharma. This is the manner of subsequent attainment. These two key points must be relied upon until the end of death. This is also called "self-liberation through meditation" and "beyond intellect." The great expanse of Dharmadhatu, complete with the three paths of samsara and nirvana, transforms freely in the primordial ground, awakening in itself. Self-liberation and spontaneous co-emergence are like waves from water. Possessing both simultaneous and subsequent (practices), this is the meditation beyond intellect. These verses are transitional verses to summarize the above content. Third, practicing with the aid of these two has three aspects: learning the method of not confusing view and conduct; cutting off the wrong paths on the path; and teaching the correct way of conduct to others. First, learning the method of not confusing view and conduct: Regarding the key point of conduct, if one says that because everything is the nature of emptiness, one can act freely with the three doors without being stained by faults, this is confusing conduct with view. One should not do so, but like approaching the king of law enforcers, one should abandon the non-virtues of body, speech, and mind like poison, and maintain peace, gentleness, and mindfulness. If one is overly attached to many seemingly profound virtuous actions of the three doors, to the point that the correct view and meditation are suppressed, and one spends one's life merely accumulating merit in samsara, then it is like being bound by golden chains.
