The essence of the departed is endowed with the three doors of liberation, namely, emptiness, which is generally the nature of being beyond the marks of above, below, directions, intermediate points, and time; and emptiness, which pervades all and completely expands. Specifically, since all outer appearances lack true marks and true establishment, it is outer emptiness. Since the inner self-mind transcends all foundations, it is inner emptiness. The intermediate is the great expanse, indivisible into grasper and grasped, without abandonment, which is emptiness. This is the door of liberation—emptiness. It is devoid of marks that can be expressed in words, devoid of comparisons and equals, and empty of objects that can be indicated by meaning. This is the door of liberation—marklessness. What is the path? It is holding one's own ground in one's own place. What is realization? It is knowing one's own face and the true nature of reality as it is. What is liberation? It is becoming a Buddha in one's own face. Therefore, clinging to other places and ways of liberation and striving for them is extremely mistaken. Therefore, in the ultimate truth, there is no place even to conceive of longing for the fruit, so it is the door of liberation—wishlessness. Then, the great vidyadhara said: Hey, young boy, master of wisdom, you will not be liberated merely by speaking and hearing in this way. You must understand and contemplate the nature of what has been said, and generate a deep experience from it, making wisdom and awareness stable in your being. Then show it to those who are vessels and have fortune. For all those who practice with one-pointedness, my mind-transmission will be transferred to them, and they will undoubtedly attain liberation without delay. Having said this, he vanished into invisibility. All phenomena appear as illusory states, But in reality, they transcend the realm of marks of benefit and harm. Completely separated from the faults of elaboration, In a state of equanimity, the nature expands equally. This verse is also an intermediate section summarizing the essential points. Fourth, the way in which all qualities are completely accomplished, becoming the nature of the spontaneously accomplished jewel of inner radiance, is explained in three parts: a general indication through the means of skillful means and wisdom, definitive and non-definitive; a separate explanation of the classification of spontaneously accomplished qualities; and the way in which the characteristics of the vehicle of realization in this way also perfect the differences of many qualities. First, skillful means and wisdom, definitive and non-definitive.

Generally, the teachings from the perspective of the ground are: These instructions were spoken when meeting Manjushri, the Lion of Speech, in the appearance of clear light experience. That is, although all appearances of vessels and contents are known to be no different from one's own appearance, how are the names and realms of the Buddhas that appear to be different, are these objects inherently existent? If one wonders what the nature of being established or not established is, then that nature should be known through the two, means and wisdom, or the two truths, or through the door of definitive and provisional. That is, the Buddha-fields and the palaces of the fathers and mothers that are shown are all based on the qualities of the spontaneously accomplished jewel nature of the Sugata-garbha, the Dharmakaya of the ground. The perfection of the ground in its own nature is the part of wisdom, and the part of means is the part that is shown to be established as another object. The perfection of qualities in the ground itself is the ultimate truth. In other places, the explanation of the appearance of vessels and essences is the conventional truth. The spontaneous body and the play of wisdom of the ground itself are the definitive meaning, and in other places, all the explanations of the Buddha-fields and the names of the male and female deities and the objects with characteristics are provisional meanings. Secondly, there are five ways to specifically explain the aspects of the qualities of spontaneous accomplishment: the way the five bodies are spontaneously accomplished. The way the five families are spontaneously accomplished. The way the five realms are spontaneously accomplished. The way the five Buddhas are spontaneously accomplished. The way the five Dakinis are spontaneously accomplished. First, the way the five bodies are spontaneously accomplished is: In accordance with the direction and gate of worldly samsara, the manifestation of the ultimate and conventional aspects is as follows: The way all the victorious ones are bound by the vows of the five bodies. All phenomena included in samsara and nirvana are called Dharma, the great Dharma nature that exists naturally and without fabrication in the great emptiness of the basic realm. From the inconceivable differences of realms and faculties, the entrance to the path, the experience of practice, and the attainment of the fruit are inconceivable, and the inherent nature is called the body, that is, the Dharmakaya. The spontaneous body and the play of wisdom, naturally perfect and complete with enjoyment, are called the Sambhogakaya. Without the thought of wanting to emanate, and in a way that is not different from the ground itself. The consciousness of self-grasping is like a water vessel, and the qualities of the realm of the Sugata-garbha are like the stars in the sky.
