To be liberated into vast stillness, to awaken and expand into oneself, that is meditation free from any object of focus. For example, when a drop of water merges with the ocean, it inevitably becomes the ocean; or, when the sky inside a vase merges with the sky outside, it inevitably expands into the boundless sky. The ground (primordial nature) and mind have no inner or outer, but are divided into inner and outer by self-grasping.

If you follow those who say that you need to practice from other places, it is like saying that although water is in oneself, one needs to seek moisture from elsewhere; although fire is in oneself, one needs to seek heat from elsewhere; although wind is oneself, one needs to say that coolness needs to arise from elsewhere, one will definitely fall into this kind of situation. Being certain that both samsara and nirvana are the great emptiness is the supreme bodhicitta that equally enjoys samsara and nirvana. View, practice, If you truly recognize the key points and states, and think that just knowing these is enough, clinging to the affairs of samsara, and wasting your life with various acts of attachment and aversion, then all views and practices will be overwhelmed by the activities of samsara. The appearance of experience is that the mind and consciousness are different from before, the blissful experience of being thrown into the desire realm is soft, the clear appearance of being thrown into the form realm is clear and shimmering, the four emptiness experiences of being thrown into the formless realm are non-conceptual, looking inward is dazed, like unconscious, unknowing deep sleep. If you are not familiar with the view of emptiness, and just think that the mind is empty and things have no substance, and are satisfied with this, and focus single-mindedly on emptiness, this is the peak of existence, and it is the view of being thrown into the realm of non-thought. In addition, external phenomena such as the illusions of gods and demons, hail, and bad omens, various illusions appear in the objects of the senses; internal phenomena such as various diseases and pains in the body; secret phenomena such as uncertain happiness and suffering in the mind, if you recognize all these as loopholes in false experiences and make a decision, they will disappear on their own. If attachment and hope for the truth become firm, they will become the cause of death due to madness, possession, fainting, etc. If you are controlled by attachment to the appearance of gods and the appearance of demons, it will become the cause of practitioners degenerating into ordinary people. After saying this, he disappeared. Later, in the charnel ground of the ultimate Ogmin (Akhanishta) pure land of self-appearance, I met Zurchung Sherab Drakpa from the burning mountain of fire, and I prayed to him: Precious Lama, please grant me the essence of the heart, a concise and meaningful pith instruction. He replied: How wonderful! From the accumulation of aspirations from countless eons ago, when the karmic connections ripen

Hey, fortunate one, listen! If you wish to attain the state of complete enlightenment of a Buddha, then, with unwavering devotion to the Guru, rely on him in all your actions; cultivate love and joy towards your Dharma brothers and sisters without ceasing; with intense compassion for all beings, strive for liberation and the state of omniscience; and constantly contemplate the impermanent nature of all compounded phenomena, thereby abandoning worldly affairs and abiding in a state of non-action. These actions are the supreme essence of all sacred Dharma! Not wasting the key instructions is serving the holy Guru. Having no hypocrisy in vows is the life-force of deities and protectors. Dedicating one's life to the Dharma is the key to having no regrets at the time of death! Guarding vows and commitments like one's life is the key to not mingling with ordinary practitioners, and being content with desires is the teaching to not get lost in bad environments. Recognizing that samsara has no essence is the teaching to cut off attachment and aversion! Worldly affairs never have an end, recognize them as being like patterns drawn with ink, this is the concluding instruction. First, gain knowledge by relying on learning; in the middle, through observation and analysis, generate experience in your own mind-stream, thereby gaining realization. However, liberation cannot be attained merely through knowledge and realization, just as one cannot be satisfied by having food but not eating it. Therefore, abandon the nine activities, and through the power of meditation, gain stability within yourself, just as when dawn breaks, darkness does not appear. The time when the flow of awareness is unbroken in the environment of awareness is when awareness gains self-confidence within itself. However, one cannot attain Buddhahood with just that, therefore, the appearance of phenomena exhausts into Dharmata, and without even a trace of samsaric appearances and mind, being vast and boundless in the state of complete perfection of Dharmadhatu, this is arriving at the ground of liberation. Appearance is also awareness, the subtlest of obscurations dissolve into nowhere, thereby freely mastering the vast wisdom of suchness and all-encompassing knowledge, attaining the Dharmakaya like space, the play of the simultaneous manifestation of the three Kayas, the fruit of Buddhahood! Son of the lineage, the ignorance of the ground, the arising and ceasing of conceptual thoughts, is the nature of mind! The ground manifesting as luminosity is the great original
