Not even a single hair remains; everything is caught in the sharp edge of the wheel of suffering. Therefore, contemplate on individually separating from suffering. Visualize for the sake of repaying the debts and obligations of all sentient beings who have not become human. Also, cultivate intense compassion for gods and demons. Resolve that gods and demons do not exist outside of one's own mind. Alternatively, regard the demonic obstacles as one's own parents, and sincerely desire to attain liberation. In reality, all demons are demons arising from the delusion of one's own mind. Like the insubstantial realm of space, they appear to burn, roast, strike, smash, kill, and cut. Resolve from the depths of your heart that everything is an illusion. The demon arising from the delusion of one's own mind harms oneself. Hatred is the demon that destroys one's own lineage into ashes. One hates oneself, and hot and cold hells appear. In this life, there also arise unwanted causes of suffering. The one who cuts the demon is instantly liberated into the expanse. If one is not liberated and hates others, one burns the lineage of others. Pride and ego are the demons that destroy one's own lineage. One hates oneself, and becoming a god, defeat, and downfall appear. In this life, there are also many defeats, downfalls, and sufferings. The one who cuts the demon is instantly liberated into the expanse. If one is not liberated and hates others, one stirs up the lineage of others. Attachment and clinging are the hail demons that destroy oneself. One hates oneself, and the hunger and thirst of pretas appear. In this life, there are also many poverty and faults. The one who cuts the demon is instantly liberated into non-attachment. If one hates others, it becomes a cause for stirring up the lineage of others. Jealousy destroys virtuous results and is the demon that disrupts the lineage. One hates oneself, and the fighting asuras appear. In this life, there are also many enemies, thieves, and harms. The one who cuts the demon is instantly liberated into one's own nature. Ignorance and unawareness are the demons that cause the cycle of existence to repeat. One hates oneself, and the dullness and muteness of animals appear. In this life, there are also many sudden adverse conditions. The one who cuts the demon should realize that one is instantly liberated. Distraction and laziness are the demons that wander in the cycle of existence. One hates oneself and repeatedly wanders in the cycle of existence. In this life, one also has no power to do good. For the one who cuts the demon, self-arising and self-liberation are equal. If one hates others, one sells the awareness of practicing Dharma. Holding onto self is what creates obstacles; it is the demon that calls upon obstacles. One hates oneself, and dreams and interdependent connections are confused. One hates oneself, and sudden illnesses occur. In the future, Yama, the executor of karma, will also appear. The one who cuts the demon is liberated as a god as soon as the demon arises. If one hates others, it causes harm, obstacles, and conditions. Clinging to the Buddha above is one's own mind. The lower realms of suffering

Knowing one's own mind, the demon who separates me and you. Is non-dual cutting. For form, beauty and ugliness are the illusion of the mind. Distinguishing good and bad is the demon, so cut off the root. Sound and emptiness, the echo of the rock, pleasant and unpleasant. Taking joy and sorrow is the illusion of the mind. Therefore, that is also the demon of benefit and harm, so cut off the root. Smell is unreal, grasping good and bad is the demon. That demon must be cut off at the boundary of neither good nor bad. Taste is not truly established from the beginning. Sweet and sour, etc., good and bad are the illusion of the mind. Grasping good and bad is the demon, so cut off the root. The softness and roughness of touch are empty in nature. Grasping good and bad is the demon, so cut off the root. In short, all thoughts are obstacles. Because the root of obstacles is one's own mind. The movement of one's own mind manifests as an obstacle. At the moment when any memory arises, with a mind of compassion, meditate and forcefully cut it off with Phat From the realm of gods and demons, messengers are sent. Because of the causes and conditions of grasping demons and conceptual thoughts, there is a risk that even the wisdom deity will fall into being a demon. The subduer must cut off the boundaries of demons in this way. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), Chöd (藏文:གཅོད,梵文天城体:छिद्,梵文罗马拟音:chid,汉语字面意思:cut)! Blend and transfer one's own mind into the expanse of the outer realm. Always maintain the view of all-pervading meaning. This obstacle that arises from the movement of phenomena is definitely one's own delusion arising in oneself. To cut off the root of self-grasping, give away the body. Blend the outer demon-grasping with the inner mind. Blend them equally in the space of the undifferentiated Dharma realm. When any thought arises, at that moment, the sound of Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:cut) forcefully cuts off the arising and scattering of one's own mind. Look nakedly at the indivisibility of space and awareness. Relax and rest without a seer or seen. All appearances, existence, gods and demons are all wisdom deities. Know that all illnesses and sudden events are accomplishments. With the two knowledges, bad circumstances turn into helpers. Know one's own mind and thoughts as demons, thoughts. All illnesses are caused by grasping at self. With the two knowledges, suffering turns into happiness. Know all demons as father and mother. Meditate on all illnesses and suffering as happiness. With the two knowledges, demons become servants. Then there are no outer or inner obstacles. Otherwise, if you separately grasp harmful demons, you cannot endure illness and cherish your body. With the two knowledges,
