In the center, like Mount Meru, within the interior like a white crystal pillar erected, One's own awareness, like a mustard seed egg, manifests the colors of five lights, becoming as large as a Garuda's egg, accompanied by the sound of Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: snap!), simultaneously like a shooting star soaring upwards into the sky and dissolving, thus contemplate. In an instant, like a bubble bursting from water or a rainbow appearing from the sky, one's own awareness transforms into the form of Machig Labdrön, the Wrathful Black Mother, one face and two arms, holding a curved knife in the right hand and a skull cup in the left, hair red-yellow blazing like fire, within which a black pig face roars upwards, two feet dancing, a khatvanga leaning against the armpit, adorned with a garland of three layers of human heads, elephant heads, and horse heads, standing proudly in the midst of blazing wisdom fire, contemplate as having the ability to control the three realms and subdue the three existences.
