Then, in the space in front, visualize the field of merit as before, and in order to confess misdeeds and transgressions, recite the Sutra of the Three Heaps, etc., with the four powers of reliance, etc. And in order to generate the precious bodhicitta in the mindstream, like qualities and value, offer the seven-branch offering and the mandala, and take vows and make commitments: May the protectors and their sons consider me! I take on the task of the four immeasurables for the benefit of beings! Hold the bodhicitta, and train in the six perfections! May I attain the glory of spontaneously accomplishing the two benefits! Recite this, and in front of the field of merit, think: In the past, how did you generate the precious bodhicitta for the benefit of all sentient beings? Likewise, I will also generate the precious bodhicitta! How you abide in the training, likewise, I will also train in that way. From the depths of your heart, take the vows and make commitments. Finally, dissolve all the fields of merit into yourself, and contemplate that the non-conceptual wisdom of their mindstreams merges into your own mindstream, and abide in equanimity in emptiness. Third, showing the training of aspiration and action: First, the training of aspiration is: Just as I wish for happiness and Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马转写:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵), not thinking only of myself, but all sentient beings also wish for happiness in the same way, this is equality of self and others; Giving all my happiness and good things to others, and taking the sins and sufferings of others upon myself, this is the exchange of self and others; Not caring about one's own benefit, but focusing only on benefiting others, this is called cherishing others more than oneself, and is the training of aspiration. Second, the training of action is the six perfections: Among them, in terms of classification, the giving of material things is material giving; The path is the giving of the supreme Dharma; Protecting others from fear is the giving of fearlessness, which is the giving of protection, these three are the perfection of giving. Restraining the gates of non-virtue is the discipline of restraining misdeeds; Constantly practicing the ten virtues is the discipline of accumulating good Dharma; Constantly doing things that benefit sentient beings from the two aspects of thought and action is the discipline of benefiting sentient beings, these three are the perfection of discipline. Enduring the harm and attacks of others is the Dharma of

Especially enduring hardships and hunger and thirst, and enduring without fear of the profound view, practice, and conduct, these three are the perfection of patience. Generating the power of great courage for the sake of the Dharma is armor-like diligence. Diligently applying the three doors of body, speech, and mind to the sacred Dharma without any slackness is applying diligence. Being insatiable with the Dharma is diligence that does not cling to satisfaction. These three are the perfection of diligence. Constantly relying on a place secluded from samsara, contemplating and analyzing the mind's thoughts, and settling into experiential practice is the samadhi of childish conduct. All coarse thoughts naturally subside, and the mind of subtle discriminating wisdom is focused single-pointedly in samadhi. This is the samadhi of discriminating meaning. All subtle and coarse cognitions subside into the nature of emptiness, and remaining in an unmoving state is the samadhi of the Thus-Gone-Good One. These three are the perfection of samadhi. Listening to profound instructions from the lama and understanding the meaning without error is the wisdom of listening. Cutting off doubts and additions to the meaning of the instructions is the wisdom of thinking. Thus, all phenomena that appear are like dream appearances, merely self-appearing in their own nature. Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵), as if not established by anything else. All phenomena included in appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana, other than the manifestation of the spontaneously accomplished power of the ground appearance, not even an atom of anything else is established. Realizing this nature as it is is the view. The Dharmakaya is clear, free from the eight extremes of elaboration, and the state of possessing the three doors of liberation manifests without deviation is meditation. In terms of view, conduct is not mixed up, possessing mindfulness and conscientiousness. In terms of conduct, the view is not mixed up, and the path of view, meditation, and conduct is not abandoned. Conduct is meditation. This is the wisdom of meditation. These three are the perfection of wisdom. Thus, studying the six perfections for the benefit of all sentient beings is the training of entering the Bodhisattva's path. The fruit of generating the precious Bodhicitta of aspiration and entry, like the wish-fulfilling tree and the wish-fulfilling jewel, becomes a great inexhaustible treasure, increasing more and more, and
