应如是行。总之，现在连身上火星般的热都无法忍受，那地狱的火坑又如何能忍受呢？现在连一件衣服的寒冷都无法忍受，那寒地狱的痛苦又何须多说呢？这样思量后，对于修心务必要习惯，一定要融入自己的心相续。嗔恨的业一定会导致堕入地狱，我以前也积累了无数的嗔恨之业，如果现在还继续造作，那必定会无数次堕入地狱之中。因此，今生难得的暇满人身之际，要时常不忘地将彻底解脱之法铭记于心，这是至关重要的教诲。 恶趣的第二个去处是饿鬼道，那里也只有痛苦的煎熬。饿鬼所处的境地也分为三类，第一种是外障饿鬼，他们多年听不到食物和饮料的声音，遭受着强烈的饥渴之苦。在遥远的地方看到一条大河，想要去喝，但脚的关节无法支撑身体，只能摔倒翻滚，很久才能到达河边，但河床却变成一片白色的沙地，只能倒地精疲力尽，痛苦不堪。又从远处看到一片结满果实的树林，像之前一样前往，到达时树林却变成光秃秃的枯树。有时看到一个巨大的食物和饮料宝库，刚一到达，却有许多手持武器的人守护着，用各种武器殴打驱赶，痛苦不堪。夏天被月光灼烧，冬天被阳光冻僵，寒冷和炎热都难以忍受，痛苦至极。内障饿鬼的头颅像大锅一样，嘴巴像针眼一样细小，脖子像马尾一样细，肚子像一个地区一样大，手脚像茅草一样细。口中的毒液甚至能使海水干涸。即使找到一点食物和饮料，也无法进入针眼般细小的嘴里。即使能进入，也无法通过喉咙。即使能通过喉咙等等。

It should be done like this. In short, if you cannot even bear a spark of fire on your body now, how can you bear the fiery pit of the hot hells? If you cannot even bear the cold of a single garment now, what need is there to mention the suffering of the cold hells? Thinking in this way, it is essential to become accustomed to mind training, and you must definitely integrate it into your own mindstream. The karma of hatred will definitely lead to rebirth in the hells. In the past, I have accumulated countless karmas of hatred. If I continue to create them now, I will definitely fall into the hell realms countless times. Therefore, during this precious human life, always remember to imprint the means of complete liberation on your mind, never forgetting it. This is the most crucial instruction. The second realm of the lower realms is the realm of the pretas, where there is nothing but the torment of suffering. The state in which pretas dwell is also divided into three categories. The first is the externally obscured pretas, who for many years do not hear even the sound of food and drink, and are tormented by intense hunger and thirst. Seeing a great river in the distance, they want to go and drink, but the joints of their feet cannot support their bodies, and they fall and roll around. After a long time, they reach the riverbank, but the riverbed turns into a white sandy expanse, and they can only collapse, exhausted and in pain. Again, seeing a forest of fruit-bearing trees in the distance, they go there as before, but upon arriving, the forest turns into bare, withered trees. Sometimes they see a vast treasure of food and drink, but as soon as they arrive, many armed men guard it, beating and driving them away with various weapons, causing them great suffering. In summer, they are scorched by the heat of the moonlight, and in winter, they are frozen by the cold of the sunlight. Both the heat and the cold are unbearable, causing extreme suffering. The internally obscured pretas have heads the size of large pots, mouths as small as needle eyes, necks as thin as horsehairs, bellies as large as a region, and arms and legs as thin as reeds. The poison in their mouths can even dry up the ocean. Even if they find a little food and drink, it cannot enter their needle-eye-sized mouths. Even if it can enter, it cannot pass through their throats. Even if it can pass through their throats, and so on.
