哪怕稍微把自己心里的血从嘴里吐出来供奉，还能做什么呢？想着要写啊。我想的不是被自己的欲望所驱使，用虚伪的绳索，铁钩般的鼻环引诱自己，而是为了来世着想，一定要做一个没有丝毫虚假的、世代相传的农活啊。现在得到了这暇满人身宝，如果这次不做有意义的事，以后就很难再得到了。这样自己获得自由的时候，也只是像做梦一样，如果把这（人身）毫无意义地浪费掉，在失去自由的时候该怎么办呢？仔细思考之后，要把握好自己，这是一。像这样，身体、处所、朋友、善知识、时间、诀窍都圆满，拥有诸多财富的时候，不要推到明天或后天，要像身体被火星烫到或眼睛里进了灰尘一样，立即收摄心念，如果不努力修行，考虑到其他众生的生死，自己的寿命长短和何时死亡是无法确定的，要反复思考和修习，使心与此熟悉，这是二。现在在这充满错觉、广阔无垠、如幻如化的平原上，骑着没有控制缰绳的懒惰瞎马，被无意义的疯子用无所顾忌的铁鞭反复抽打，忘记了世代相传的农活，从今以后，轮回和恶道的轮子，拥有锋利的轮辐，没有丝毫空闲，处于尖锐的边缘，被业力的狂风束缚，无处可逃，从一个地方被抛向另一个地方，到了那个时候就没有自由了。那样在痛苦的巨大火坑中，想着是否有救助者，为了顾及人情和准备今生的住所而推延，这三者才是圣法的田地，是成就解脱的鞭策，是阻止堕入轮回和恶道痛苦的黑暗之路的筑路者、臂膀和亲友啊。没有这些，出离心和精进就像夏天的蘑菇一样啊。唉！有业力和福分的士夫啊！

Even if I could offer my heart's blood from my mouth, what else could I do? Thinking that, I shall write. I am not thinking of being driven by my own desires, using false ropes, and enticing myself with iron hook-like nose rings, but rather, for the sake of the future, I must do a lifelong farming that is without any falsehood. Now that I have obtained this precious human body with leisure and opportunity, if I do not do something meaningful this time, it will be difficult to obtain it again in the future. When I have the freedom to do so, it is only like a dream. If I waste this (human body) meaninglessly, what will I do when I lose my freedom? After careful consideration, I must control myself, this is one. Like this, when the body, place, friends, spiritual friends, time, and instructions are complete, and I have many riches, do not postpone it to tomorrow or the day after. Like being burned by a spark on the body or getting dust in the eyes, immediately gather your mind. If you do not strive to practice, considering the birth and death of other beings, the length of your own life and when you will die cannot be determined. Think and meditate on this repeatedly, and familiarize your mind with it, this is two. Now, on this plain full of illusions, vast and boundless, like a magical transformation, riding a lazy, blind horse without reins, being repeatedly whipped by reckless madmen with meaningless iron whips, forgetting the lifelong farming, from now on, the wheel of samsara and the lower realms, with sharp spokes, without any leisure, being on the sharp edge, bound by the fierce winds of karma, with nowhere to escape, being thrown from one place to another, at that time there is no freedom. In that way, in the great pit of suffering fire, thinking whether there is a savior, postponing for the sake of human relations and preparing for this life's dwelling, these three are the field of the holy Dharma, the impetus for achieving liberation, the road builders, arms, and relatives who prevent falling into the dark path of the suffering of samsara and the lower realms. Without these, renunciation and diligence are like summer mushrooms. Alas! O person with karma and fortune!
