I am bound by ignorance and grasping, The gods and self-appearances are separated, All the faults of karmic afflictions and habitual delusions, I confess without hiding or concealing before the great non-duality! After reciting the hundred-syllable mantra, the object of meditation is: One's own wisdom illusory body, Like a moon in water, a rainbow image, In the heart, clear on a sun cushion, In the space of pure light drops, A red Hūṃ like a tuft of red wool, Around which the mantra garland rotates to the right, Meditate that the sound shakes existence and non-existence.
