From the pure appearance wisdom network, the practice and recitation of the Medicine Buddha, the path of great bliss, abides here! Namo Guru Padmakaraye! The method to become the path to the Sugatas! Hūṃ! The nature of reality is unconditioned, free from elaboration, the basis is the abiding great bliss Medicine Buddha, dark blue, peaceful, smiling, blazing with light, the right hand bestows the supreme, holding the medicine king, the left hand in equipoise, holding a begging bowl, adorned with the complete marks and signs, in the form of a nirmanakaya, seated in the lotus posture on a lotus and moon cushion, in the heart on a lotus and moon cushion, the syllable Hūṃ surrounded by mantras, by reciting, think of samsara being emptied out. Om Namo Bhagavate Bhaishajye, etc., reciting the names, Namo!
