Jod. Again, immeasurable rays of light emanate from the three places of myself and the deities of the mandala, causing my life force to increase, wander, deteriorate, scatter, be stolen by demons, and all that is taken away and plundered, like a magnet attracting iron filings, to be forcibly seized and gathered, and absorbed into the life and mantra wheel of one's own heart, thereby gathering and compressing what is scattered, connecting what is broken, straightening what is crooked, restoring what is deteriorated, returning what is lost, prolonging what is exhausted, and never changing. Oṃ. Meditate on attaining the supreme accomplishment of the great mudra and the deathless vidyadhara of life. Oṃ āmi dheva āyu siddhi hūṃ hrīḥ. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཨ་ཡུ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ आः अमि देवा आयु सिद्धि हुं ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ ami devā āyu siddhi hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Ah Amitabha Life Accomplishment Hum Hrih) Recite this and the life-sustaining dharani as much as possible. At the end of that, for about five days, perform the four activities as usual. To the root mantra itself, add the concluding words of the four activities and recite them many times. Then, if you want to make pills, use the king of medicines, the three fruits. On that, add a mirror (which is made of glass) from the eight auspicious substances as an annotation substance, and the five supreme trees of deathless nectar (rhododendron, juniper, white sandalwood, benzoin, and white dammar). Grind them finely, make many pills, roll them without corners, add the juice of the three sweets, and transform the color to red, making the light and radiance blaze. Pour them into a precious copper vase or an empowerment vase, or you can pour them into a skull cup at once. Cover the mouth with a red silk cloth, smear the mirror with sindhura, and arrange the heart mantras of the five Sugata families: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ आः हुं स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Ah Hum Svaha) Practice like this through visualization. Visualize the vase becoming invisible emptiness. Oṃ mahā śūnyatā, etc., koṃ haṃ. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་སོགས་ཀོཉ་ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ महाशून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ mahāśūnyatā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Great Emptiness) From within emptiness, like a rainbow appearing in the sky, the nature of the five wisdoms and five bodies spontaneously accomplished, manifests as a vast palace made of ruby, in which the pills all become red Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllables, adorned with bindus, and from each pill, light radiates, gathering the pure lands of the three kayas, including the support and the supported, into a rainbow-cloud-like form, and dissolving into the pills. On a lotus and sun-moon seat, the protector Amitayus, with a bright red body, one face, two arms, a peaceful smile, complete with marks and signs, holding a vase of life on top of his two hands in meditative equipoise, with his legs in the vajra posture, enjoying complete enjoyment.
