May the aspiration be widely planted, and the Vajra recitation of the three syllables be completed seven hundred thousand times. When the clear sky dawns with the sun and moon, and flying, conch shells, and music resound in the sky, new qualities of experience and realization arise, these are signs of purifying obscurations. The third chapter, which is divided according to the inner Ru Shan. When it is difficult, tiring, and impossible to stay, lie on your back and turn over, striving to clarify the focus as before. Sit squatting, with the mudra as before, grasp the essential point of focus, and repeat in this way alternately. The Vajra sparks, like stars, are chaotic, caused by the past karma and immediate evil conditions, all obstacles, demons, evil spirits, thoughts, and habitual tendencies, are destroyed into dust and burned in the great realm of nowhere. This key point eliminates external and internal obstacles and hindrances, and ultimately the body also transforms into the play of the Buddha's body, seen as Vajra, so demons cannot approach. The fourth chapter, the division of the body's Ru Shan.
