像巴札那样吞噬，连一丝痕迹也不留，反复思索后，将身体布施也置于无数和不可估量的无执状态中，必定能消除。对所有这些，要观想所有众生的疾病和痛苦都融入到那个疾病中。对于所有瘟疫、传染病，观想自己的身体变成一具干枯的骨架，没有肉，从九个孔窍中散发出剧毒的气息和金刚火焰。我这没有肉的骨头上没有疾病侵入的地方，这真是太好了。为了我净化业障和偿还宿债，如果发生这种恶病，那该多好啊，以期待的心情等待着，就能消除。在疾病中，要舍弃血肉。总之，生病高兴、死亡快乐、幸福安乐、痛苦，给予和接受是至关重要的。如果凶猛地方的神灵鬼怪过于强大，而瑜伽士能力弱小无法降伏，或者瑜伽士的见解高超，神灵鬼怪弱小无法降伏，无论如何，都将以终极的深奥观想行为来解决。将绳子套在自己的脖子上，另一端系在强大的神灵处，或者向神灵鬼怪投掷，这样说： ཀྭིའི་（藏文），（梵文天城体），（梵文罗马拟音），（汉语字面意思）命令显现，世间的神灵鬼怪们，你们到这里来！聚集到这里！念诵三遍，并这样观想： ༄༅། །从自己所有的地方发出无量光芒，使那个地方的所有神灵鬼怪都无法自主，像用铁钩拉鱼一样拉到面前，观想他们无处可逃、无处可藏。下定决心，对那个地方的凶猛神灵鬼怪们说：我委托你们的任务是：最好现在就将他们转移到无间地狱！中等的话，现在就杀死他们！最次也要让他们不死不活！这样说着，心中也要抛弃恐惧、羞愧、愤怒和欺骗，从心底里这样想，神灵鬼怪就会哭喊、奔跑等，所求必定会实现。如果被无益的疾病折磨，无论如何也无法治愈，就烧掉头发、指甲、身体污垢等，做成巨大的火堆，像上面那样呼唤和观想：我被顽疾缠身，已经过了很多个月。无论如何想办法治疗，也无法治愈。兄弟姐妹和家人也说死了算了。村民和邻居们都在诅咒我死。我自己也觉得现在死了比生生世世都好。

Like Baza, swallowing without leaving a trace, after repeated contemplation, placing the offering of the body in a state of non-attachment that is countless and immeasurable, it will surely be eliminated. For all of these, contemplate that all the diseases and sufferings of all sentient beings are absorbed into that disease. For all plagues and infectious diseases, visualize your own body as a dry skeleton, without flesh, emanating poisonous fumes and vajra flames from the nine orifices. This is great that there is no place for disease to enter on my fleshless bones. For the sake of purifying my karmic obscurations and repaying past debts, how wonderful it would be if this evil disease were to occur, waiting with an expectant attitude, it can be eliminated. In the midst of illness, one should abandon flesh and blood. In short, being happy when sick, joyful when dying, happy and peaceful, suffering, giving and taking are essential. If the fierce local deities and spirits are too powerful and the yogi is too weak to subdue them, or if the yogi's view is too high and the deities and spirits are too weak to subdue them, in any case, it will be resolved with the ultimate profound contemplative action. Put a rope around your neck and tie the other end to a powerful deity, or throw it at the deities and spirits, saying: Kye! (Tibetan), (Sanskrit Devanagari), (Sanskrit Romanization), (Literal Chinese meaning: Command Manifestation), deities and spirits of the world, come here! Gather here! Recite three times, and contemplate as follows: ༄༅། །From all of your places, radiate immeasurable light, causing all the deities and spirits of that place to be unable to control themselves, like pulling a fish with an iron hook, pulling them in front, visualizing that they have nowhere to escape and nowhere to hide. With determination, say to the fierce deities and spirits of that place: The task I entrust to you is: It is best to transfer them to the Avici Hell right now! In the middle, kill them right now! At the very least, make them neither dead nor alive! Saying this, also abandon fear, shame, anger, and deception in your heart, and think from the bottom of your heart, the deities and spirits will cry, run, etc., and the request will surely be fulfilled. If tormented by a useless disease, and no matter what, it cannot be cured, then burn hair, nails, body dirt, etc., and make a huge fire, calling and visualizing as above: I have been afflicted with an incurable disease for many months. No matter how I try to cure it, it cannot be cured. Brothers, sisters, and family members also say it is better to die. Villagers and neighbors are cursing me to die. I myself also feel that dying now is better than all lifetimes.

Make a firm resolution and meditate on the joy of death. If a sign appears, then combine the four offerings with the time and perform them in order. Afterwards, practice the action of suppressing external enemies. If the fear of thieves arises, then go to a dangerous place, place a corpse on top of the red monkeys holding hands with food, and imagine jumping into the enemy's cave. Recite the command of "ཀྭི"(Ki, seed syllable), may all the gods and demons of existence appear, may you show my enemy the image of red monkeys holding hands carrying a corpse right now. If not, kill them right now. If not, I will destroy this world. Saying this, then sleep. Even if you do this, if no sign appears, then make a naked offering, and raise an army of gods and demons of existence. Fiercely chase the hated enemy. Release sudden bad omens, completely destroy the enemy, leaving no trace. Thus, combine each of the ten dakini offerings, and command the dakinis in all directions, above and below, may the eight classes of gods and demons of existence be surrounded by the assembly of gods and demons, and emit a buzzing sound, repeatedly imagining the sound of killing. Or destroy the dangerous mountain top, spread the wind horse banner on the ground, turn the clothes inside out. After making a firm resolution, recite "ཀྭི"(Ki, seed syllable), the gods and demons residing here, the fierce Zotor, if your eyes are not blind, then look, if your ears are not deaf, then listen, if you are not lame, then hurry, if you are not dead, then come, if you are not a corpse, then rise. I have been defeated by the enemy, I have not made a mistake, I have no grudges, I have been defeated by the enemy for no reason. Now, rather than dying of starvation, it is better to die now. If it is of the highest level, then may they fall into hell immediately, the Avīci hell. If it is of the middle level, then may they be killed immediately. If it is of the lowest level, then may they die before dawn tomorrow. Or may that enemy die immediately, and may they clearly give me the truth of the matter. Saying this, then sleep, and repeatedly suppress. In addition, on the tsok offering leftovers and the torma, imagine that all the enemy's property has been taken away, and offer it to the guests, and it will also succeed. Cherish your own angry pride without separating from it. Although there are many stages of visualization like this, I have not written them because I am afraid of the complexity of the text, but I have briefly summarized them.
