Now begin. The deluding demon is the continuous arising of thoughts, deceiving the consciousness. External 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition) refers to the various illusory manifestations of gods and demons created by conceptual thoughts, where gods and demons were not originally present. Internal 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition) refers to the pain of illness and discomfort in the body. Secret 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition) refers to whatever emotions arise in the mind, such as joy, sorrow, attachment, and hatred. First, apply 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition) when thoughts arise. Then, following it leads to attachment. If it is believed to be real, one becomes controlled by it. Therefore, as soon as a thought arises, immediately determine that the illusion is unreal, and properly enter into meditation, which will cut it off. If 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition) cannot be generated, visualize your body as a dry skeleton burning with fire, with flames spreading from it, burning the earth, stones, mountains, trees, forests, and the abodes and supports of gods and demons, until they are reduced to ashes, with nothing left. Repeatedly perform this visualization. If this does not generate 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition), elevate your awareness into the Dharmadhatu, transforming into a wrathful deity. Spread the skin on the ground, and visualize the decaying flesh and blood being devoured by all the gods and demons there. Gather from the edges of the 'Yangzhi' (གཡང་གཞི་), make a bundle, tie it with ropes of snakes and intestines, wrap it around your head, and then slam it on the ground, repeatedly visualizing the flesh and blood becoming mush and the bones shattering. This will surely generate 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition). If this still does not generate 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition), visualize swallowing mountains in one gulp and drinking the ocean in one gulp, etc. Or visualize the heavens and earth and existence being inverted, and lie down with your head facing down. Or visualize yourself as a wrathful deity, swallowing all appearances and existence in one gulp, and visualize that there is nothing but space. Again, slam the 'Yangzhi' (གཡང་གཞི་) on the ground, completely destroying all the land, stones, mountains, and oceans of appearances and existence, transforming them into space, and visualize the gods and demons being separated from their abodes and expelled nakedly, then lie down. This will surely generate 'Solong' (སློང་, Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Romanized Sanskrit: Pratyaya, Literal meaning: Condition). The daily practice is: eight places, eight charnel grounds. Eight gatherings, the male and female masters of the charnel grounds. In addition, visualize the spine, joints, five places, and all internal organs as the twenty-four sacred sites, thirty-two places, and the ten places of Heruka. Remembering the meaning of the unreality of appearances and existence, offer food and drink as a feast to the heroes, dakinis, protectors, oath-bound ones, and all the gods and demons residing there, taking it as a path of practice. Place the clothed person in front. Use shoes as a pillow. Place the hat upside down. Place the thigh and right arm underneath.
