我等致力于善良！食物、衣物、乞讨，都用于善事！在殊胜、愉悦、无人的山谷中修行！ 佛法的修持终点，在于死亡之时！瑜伽行者的四种行为要点，务必抓住！不要听从任何人的话，要把握自己！因为该做的已经完成，所以停止继续！明天要做的事， 啊！给予要推迟，降低傲慢之心！先完成重要的利益，为了长久的安乐，放弃之前的执着！瑜伽行者的行为，是引导道路的教诲！不要只满足于几年、几个月、几天的修行！我则是将一生都用于修行！显现证得了金刚持的殊胜境界！对于传承的持有者们，给予慈爱的遗嘱教诲！如法地修持吧，有缘分的弟子！保持未经修剪的长发！为了免受敌人、强盗、盗贼的恐惧，这是未经修饰的伟大自然的象征！行为举止自然不做作！无所畏惧！ 独自依靠寂静之处！像雄狮般屹立于雪山之上！心性保持未经修饰的本然状态！轮回与涅槃，是觉悟嬉戏的坐垫！希望与恐惧平等对待，实行苦行！ 将发髻和经书顶在头上！承担圆满上师的种姓之主！颈上佩戴白色和彩色的念珠！这是光明境界融合的象征！腋下夹着三尖卡杖嘎（梵文：khaṭvāṅga，卡杖嘎，khaṭvāṅga，天杖）！这是方便与智慧结合的象征！依靠单柱小屋作为住所！这是法性远离戏论的象征！持有外形优美悦耳的嘎巴拉鼓（梵文：ḍamaru，达玛茹，ḍamaru，手鼓）！ 这是证悟二谛双运的象征！持有无瑕悦耳的铃铛！这是法界菩提心的象征！持有声音清脆细微的腿骨号（梵文：kaṅkaliṅ，刚嘎令，kaṅkaliṅ，腿骨号）！这是证悟无碍通透的象征！持有柔软的良田沃土！这是摧毁迷惑根本的象征！持有具足特征的颅器（梵文：bhaṇḍa，班扎，bhaṇḍa，颅器）宝器！这是轮回游戏于法身的象征！ 穿着未经染色的白色和彩色的法衣！这是远离习气过患的象征！佩戴珍贵海螺的鼻饰！这是摄受传承持有者的象征！保持完整的四爪兽皮！这是区分轮回与涅槃的象征！如此这般，瑜伽行者的十三种装束！依靠它们前往寂静的山中！在没有显现成就的征兆之前！放弃酒等令人迷醉的食物！放弃诱惑束缚的女人！放弃恶劣的混乱放荡行为！放弃罪恶的食物、信仰的财物、欺骗的财物！放弃执着的对象！

I dedicate myself to virtue! Food, clothing, and alms are all used for good deeds! Practice in a supreme, delightful, and uninhabited valley! The ultimate end of Dharma practice is at the time of death! The four key points of a yogi's conduct must be grasped! Do not listen to anyone's words, but control yourself! Because what needs to be done has been completed, stop continuing! Things to do tomorrow, Ah! Delay giving, and humble the mind of arrogance! Complete important benefits first, and abandon previous attachments for lasting happiness! The actions of a yogi are instructions that guide the path! Do not be content with just a few years, months, or days of practice! I, on the other hand, have dedicated my entire life to practice! I have manifested and attained the supreme state of Vajradhara! To the holders of the lineage, I give loving testamentary instructions! Practice properly, fortunate disciples! Keep uncut long hair! To protect against the fear of enemies, robbers, and thieves, this is a symbol of the great unadorned nature! Conduct and behavior should be natural and unpretentious! Fearless! Rely on solitude in seclusion! Establish the example of standing like a great lion on a snowy mountain! Keep the mind in its natural, unadorned state! Samsara and Nirvana are the playground of enlightenment! Treat hope and fear equally, and practice asceticism! Bind the topknot and scriptures on the head! Bear the lineage lord of the complete Lama! Wear a white and colorful mala around the neck! This is a symbol of the union of clear light and environment! Carry a three-pronged khatvanga (藏文：ཁ་ཊྭཱྃ་，梵文天城体：khaṭvāṅga，梵文罗马拟音：khaṭvāṅga，汉语字面意思：天杖) in the armpit! This is a symbol of the union of skillful means and wisdom! Rely on a single-pillar hut as a dwelling! This is a symbol of the nature of reality being free from elaboration! Hold a beautiful and pleasing damaru (藏文：ཌཱ་རུ་，梵文天城体：ḍamaru，梵文罗马拟音：ḍamaru，汉语字面意思：手鼓)! This is a symbol of realizing the union of the two truths! Hold a flawless and melodious bell! This is a symbol of the Dharmadhatu Bodhicitta! Hold a clear and subtle sound of a thighbone trumpet (藏文：རྐང་གླིང་，梵文天城体：kaṅkaliṅ，梵文罗马拟音：kaṅkaliṅ，汉语字面意思：腿骨号)! This is a symbol of realizing unobstructed transparency! Hold a soft and fertile field! This is a symbol of destroying the root of delusion! Hold a qualified bhanda (藏文：བྷནྡྷ་，梵文天城体：bhaṇḍa，梵文罗马拟音：bhaṇḍa，汉语字面意思：颅器) precious vessel! This is a symbol of samsara playing in the Dharmakaya! Wear uncolored white and colorful robes! This is a symbol of being free from habitual defects! Wear a precious conch shell nose ornament! This is a symbol of embracing the lineage holders! Keep the four claws intact on the animal skin! This is a symbol of distinguishing between samsara and nirvana! Thus, the thirteen adornments of a yogi! Rely on them to go to the solitary mountains! Until the signs of accomplishment manifest! Abandon intoxicating foods such as alcohol! Abandon women who seduce and bind! Abandon bad, chaotic, and reckless behavior! Abandon sinful foods, wealth of faith, and wealth of deception! Abandon objects of attachment!

Abandon hatred and attachment, abandon binding friends and dwellings, abandon connecting livestock and possessions, abandoning the seven is the sacred path of the yogi. Thus, the order of the yogic path, properly rely on the fortunate son.
