ས་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་དབང་མོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་མོའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་ཞེ་སྡང་འཇོམས་མཛད་མཁའ་འགྲོ་དཀར་མོ་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་གདོང་པ་ཅན༔ ཉིན་གུང་ང་རྒྱལ་འཇོམས་མཛད་སེར་མོ་རྟའི་གདོང་པ་ཅན༔ དགོང་མོ་འདོད་ཆགས་འཇོམས་མཛད་དམར་མོ་བྱ་རྒོད་ཀྱི་གདོང་པ་ཅན༔ སྲོད་དུ་ ཕ༔ ཕྲག་དོག་འཇོམས་མཛད་ལྗང་མོ་ཁྱིའི་གདོང་པ་ཅན༔ ཐོ་རངས་གཏི་མུག་འཇོམས་མཛད་ནག་མོ་ཕག་གི་གདོང་པ་ཅན༔ བར་སྐབས་ལྕགས་སྡིག་དང་༔ བར་སྐབས་སུ་བྱ་ཁྱུང་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་རྣམས་རེས་མོས་སུ་བྱུང་ནས་ནད་ན་ས་དང་བཅས་པ་ཇུར་མིད་དུ་ཟོས་ནས་རྗེས་ཤུལ་ཙམ་ཡང་མེད་པར་ཡང་ཡང་བསམ་པའི་མཐར་ལུས་སྦྱིན་ཡང་གྲངས་དང་དཔག་མཐར་ཐམས་ཅད་དམིགས་པ་མེད་པའི་ངང་དུ་བཞག་པས་ངེས་པར་སེལ་བ་ཡིན༔ རིམས་ཡམས་དང་འགོ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རང་ལུས་ཀེང་རུས་སྐམ་པོ་ཤ་མེད་པ་བུ་ག་དགུ་ནས་བཙན་དུག་གི་ངད་རླངས་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་མེ་འབར་འཕྲོ་བ་ཞིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་སྟེ༔ ང་ལ་ཤ་མེད་ཀྱི་རུས་པ་ལ་ནད་འཇུག་པའི་ཡུལ་མེད་པས་འདི་ཕུང་ཚབ་ཆེ་བ་ཡིན༔ ང་ལ་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱོང་བ་དང་ལན་ཆགས་སྦྱང་བའི་ཕྱིར་ནད་ངན་འདི་བྱུང་ན་ཅི་མ་རུང་སྙམ་ནས་རེ་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་སྡོད་པས་སེལ༔ ནད་ཀྱི་ཁྲོད་དུ་ཤ་ཁྲག་སྤུངས་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན༔ ཤི་སྐྲ་གསོན་སྐྲ་ཕྱུགས་དར་མའི་རྔ་མ་རྣམས་བརྒྱད་བསྒྲིལ་གྱི་འུར་རྡོ་ལ་སྐུ་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་བསམ༔ རྡོ་འཕངས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་བདག་སྣང་གཉིས་འཛིན་གྱི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆོས་ཉིད་སྤྲོས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ངང་དུ་འཇོག་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ནུས་པ་དང་གཅོད་ ལྡན་པར་བསམ་ལ༔ རྩ་སྔགས་ཁྲི་བཏབ་ལ་བཅང་༔ གྲི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་གྲི་གུག་ལ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་འབུམ་གྱི་མཐུ་ནུས་རྫོགས་པར་བསམ་ལ་བཅང་༔ ཡང་ཆགས་མེད་འཁོར་བ་སྤངས་ཤིང་གནས་ངེས མེད་འགྲིམ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཆོམ་རྐུན་གྱི་འཇིགས་པ་བྱུང་ན༔ དང་པོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་གཉན་སའི་གནས་ཤིག་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་ནས་སྣང་སྲིད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་རྣམས་ལ་གོང་ལྟར་བོས་ནས༔ ང་ནི་དགྲས་བཅོམ་སྟེ་ཉམ་ཐག་ཏུ་ལུས་ཐལ༔ ད་ནི་མུ་གེ་དང་ལྷག་པས་ཤི་བ་ལས་ཐར་ཐབས་ནི་མེད༔ དེ་བས་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་རབ་ན་དམྱལ་བ་མནར་མེད་དུ་འཕོངས༔ འབྲིང་ན་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་སོད༔ ཐ་ནའང་སང་གི་ནམ་ལངས་ཚུན་ཆད་དུ་དབུགས་མེད་དུ་ཐོངས༔ ཞེས་བརྗོད་ནས་མགུལ་ཐག་གཉན་ས་ལ་བཏགས་ནས་ཉལ༔ དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་ཕྱིར་ལ་མ་བྱུང་ན༔ གཉན་སར་སོང་སྟེ་དགྲ་བོའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་བཀའ སྣང་ཞིང་སྲིད་པའི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདུས་པའི་ངོ་བོ་སྤྲེའུ་དམར་ནག་ལག་སྦྲེལ་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་མི་རོ་བཀ

于一切处自在母的心间，降伏嗔恨的白空行母，蛇面；中午降伏我慢的黄色空行母，马面；傍晚降伏贪欲的红色空行母，鹫面；黄昏降伏嫉妒的绿色空行母，犬面；拂晓降伏愚痴的黑色空行母，猪面；间或出现铁蝎，间或出现无量金翅鸟，轮番出现，连同疾病的处所一并吞噬，乃至不留丝毫痕迹，反复如此观想，最终将身体布施也置于无量无边的无执状态中，必定能够消除。对于瘟疫和传染病，观想自身成为干枯无肉的骨架，九窍中散发出剧毒的气息和金刚火焰，并思索：我这没有血肉的骨架，没有疾病入侵之处，这真是极大的替代品！为了我消除业障和偿还宿债，如果发生这种恶疾，那该多好啊！以期盼的态度安住，即可消除。在疾病之中，应当堆积血肉。将生发和死发，以及牦牛尾毛等八股拧成的投石索，观想为五身五智自然成就。仅仅投掷石头，就具有将我执二取的鬼神全部安置于法性离戏之状态的能力和断除力。持诵根本咒语十万遍，佩戴。将铁制的弯刀观想为圆满了十万空行母的威力和能力，佩戴。此外，对于舍弃世俗、居无定所的瑜伽士们，如果发生盗贼的恐惧，首先前往极其险峻之地，如前一般呼唤显有诸神鬼，然后说：我被敌人击败，陷入困境！现在没有办法从饥荒和贫困中解脱！因此，现在就立即把我投向无间地狱！如果不行，现在就杀了我！最差也要在明天天亮之前让我断气！说完，将绳索系在险峻之地，然后躺下。如此行事，如果盗贼没有出现，就前往险峻之地，在敌人的家中，将显现世间的一切神鬼都聚集起来，观想为红色和黑色相连的猴子，上面堆放着尸体。

From the heart of the All-Good Mother, who has power over all places, emanates the white Dakini with a snake face, who subdues hatred; the yellow Dakini with a horse face, who subdues pride at noon; the red Dakini with a vulture face, who subdues desire in the evening; the green Dakini with a dog face, who subdues jealousy at dusk; the black Dakini with a pig face, who subdues ignorance at dawn; and sometimes the iron scorpion, and sometimes countless garudas, appear in turn, devouring the place of disease along with the disease itself, leaving not a trace. Repeatedly contemplate this, and finally place the offering of the body itself in a state of non-attachment, immeasurable and boundless, and it will surely be eliminated. For all epidemics and contagious diseases, visualize your own body as a dry skeleton without flesh, with poisonous vapors and vajra flames emanating from the nine apertures, and think: This skeleton of mine without flesh has no place for disease to enter, this is a great substitute! For me to purify obscurations and repay karmic debts, how wonderful if this evil disease were to occur! Abide in a state of anticipation, and it will be eliminated. In the midst of illness, one should accumulate flesh and blood. The hair from the living and the dead, and the yak tail hair, twisted into eight strands to make a sling, visualize as the spontaneously accomplished five kayas and five wisdoms. Merely throwing the stone has the power and cutting force to place all the gods and demons of self-grasping and dualistic clinging into the state of dharmata, free from elaboration. Recite the root mantra one hundred thousand times and wear it. Visualize the iron curved knife as being complete with the power and ability of one hundred thousand dakinis, and wear it. Furthermore, if fear of robbers arises for yogis who have abandoned worldly affairs, renounced fixed abodes, and wander without a fixed place, first go to a very dangerous place, and summon the gods and demons of existence as before, and say: I have been defeated by enemies and left in distress! Now there is no way to escape starvation and hardship! Therefore, immediately cast me into the Avici hell! If not, kill me now! At the very least, let me be breathless by the time tomorrow dawns! Having said this, tie the rope to the dangerous place and lie down. If the robbers do not appear after doing this, go to the dangerous place, and in the enemy's house, gather all the gods and demons of appearance and existence, visualize them as red and black monkeys holding hands, with a corpse piled on top.
