Even if one obtains a human body, it is just obtaining it, without meaning. The human body is just an appearance, because it does not encounter the Dharma; possessing the wealth to practice the Dharma; not believing in untrustworthy evil places, such as heretics, etc., but believing in the excellent teachings worthy of faith, possessing the wealth of faith. These five are complete within oneself, called the five self-endowments. The Buddha came into the world, possessing the wealth of an excellent teacher; spoke the excellent Dharma, possessing the wealth of the profound path; the teachings do not disappear but remain, possessing the wealth of the precious teachings; entering into it, possessing the wealth of one's own share; virtuous friends abide, possessing the wealth of the excellent lama. These five are complete in the external environment, called the other-endowments. These are the categories of leisure and endowment themselves. To contemplate the meaning of this in the mind: Now, having a human body with eighteen leisures and endowments is the result of good deeds in the past; if this time it is not given meaning, then the good results of the past will be exhausted, and from now on there will be no opportunity to seek happiness. Thinking in this way, one should encourage the three doors of body, speech, and mind to do good. Such a good human body with all kinds of qualities, in general, observing all the perceptions of the six kinds of beings, calculating them, engraving them in the mind, and putting the mind on the path of Dharma is essential. The leisure and endowment of the human body are devoured by life, so contemplate impermanence: The external world is impermanent, decaying, arising, dwelling; the inner sentient beings are like a market of birth and death; the years, months, days, and hours are like the gestures of a dance; remember impermanence and death, Lama knows. Reciting this in words and contemplating it in mind: The external appearance of the world, Even if it appears as a hard and obstructive form, it will eventually be burned by fire forty-nine times, flooded by water seven times, and scattered by wind once, and finally disappear, becoming empty space; observing the remains of houses and fields, the former men and women built houses, worked hard in farming, clinging to them as permanent property, look at the remains of their hard work, look at the scene where all actions and cherished things have disappeared; all sentient beings are like a market gathering that comes and goes in the morning and evening, showing the appearance of coming and going; high

All our sentient being parents, measure by the uncertainty of lifespan, birth, and death, and dying in their own place, practice contemplating the uncertainty of when death will occur; if you measure the length of life from birth to the present, it is no longer than a moment; thinking about the dreamlike unreality, diligently doing good deeds; cultivating the renunciation and sorrow of impermanence, this is the second key point. Hey, great being, listen! Without this key point, no matter what Dharma you practice, the diligence and perseverance of seeking meaning are like summer mist; Like the mist in the valley; like the firelight at night, it cannot last. I, the ancestor of hundreds of attainments, also achieved the two benefits by riding this great chariot. All the Buddhas of the three times and their retinues, having ridden this great chariot of transcendence, have gone to the great city of liberation, and having gone, they will surely go, so grasp the essence of the key instructions! In the unbearable darkness of intense suffering; without a moment of happiness, pitiful; adding to the increase of limitless karma; please, Lama, liberate me from the ocean of samsara! For that purpose, contemplate in your mind: if you think about the suffering of hell, the eight hot hells are arranged in order from Thig Nag (Tibetan place name) to Avici Hell. Seven times hotter than the fire of this world is the fire of the end of the kalpa; seven times hotter than that is the fire of the Reviving Hell; seven times hotter than that is the fire of the Black Line Hell, taking the heat of the fire as an example, the lower hells up to Avici Hell, the heat and suffering increase sevenfold, making them unbearable; if you think about that, even if a spark hits the body now, Alas! One will inevitably let out a scream, let alone personally experiencing such suffering! Thus, think and train the mind from the depths of your heart. There are also the eight cold hells, the cold is a hundred times colder than the wind that destroys the kalpa, things like gold ingots will crack like উৎপལ་ flowers; Not only experiencing such suffering personally, but also if you think that you cannot even bear a day's cold now, let alone experiencing suffering for many kalpas, thus taking the suffering to heart and training the mind; evil

And the second place of the hungry ghosts, again tormented by hunger and thirst, with flames burning on their bodies; the third, animals, again constantly tormented by the intense suffering of ignorance and exploitation; and the three heavens also suffer from birth, old age, sickness, and death; the battles of the Asuras; the suffering of the gods' death, transference, and falling, etc., tormented and afflicted by the pit of suffering, the great darkness of suffering. By contemplating that there is not even a hair's breadth of happiness that is not tainted by suffering, and by applying it to one's own mind-stream, training the mind is the essential point of entering the path of Dharma. Those who train their minds in this way and enter the path are steadfast and irreversible. Those who do not train their minds in this way, even if they enter the path of Dharma, are like a stone on a steep slope, uncertain and unreliable, and easily revert. Since this is the motivation for all Dharmas, constantly generating great renunciation for this alone is the third point. The ripening of black and white karma is infallible; the mind that closely takes up habits of happiness and suffering; becomes the teacher who uses cause and effect; the infallible, eternal protector, know, Lama. Saying this, constantly examine the faults of your own mind-stream, and thereby restrain from misdeeds. In this ocean of suffering of the three realms of samsara, the cause of constantly experiencing unbearable intense suffering is non-virtuous actions. Therefore, non-virtuous actions are: the three actions of the body: killing, taking what is not given, and sexual misconduct; the four actions of speech: lying, slander, harsh speech, and idle talk; the three actions of mind: covetousness, malice, and wrong view. These ten are the complete collection of non-virtuous actions. Pha! It is the root. The basis of these is also the motivation, which causes three kinds of suffering: great, medium, and small. The action of hatred leads to Avici hell; The action of desire leads to the hungry ghosts; the action of ignorance leads to falling into the animal realm. This is the action of motivation. The result of maturation and the result of similarity are also caused by these non-virtuous actions, each with its own weight, with or without obstruction, by the object and motivation. Non-virtuous actions also have two types: definite and indefinite. Definite are those towards parents and; the teacher and; Arhats, etc.
