为了夺取恶鬼的性命，化身为转变显有之主宰，赞颂护命主贝哈尔王族。大悲自性圣观世音，升为统摄三界之天神上师，摄集六道众生为眷属并役使为奴仆，顶礼赞颂大神自在天眷属。心之自性金刚手，为利教众生而压伏邪魔，化身为迅速神变力量之主，顶礼赞颂金刚善眷属。善逝身之自性妙音，化身为所有夜叉之主宰， 护持佛法救济众生贫困，顶礼赞颂财神南色眷属。吽！所有智慧世间护法，本体一而显现各异，善巧方便示现种种身相，赞颂奉命差遣傲慢九族的众会。此后祈愿委托事业时，吽！诸佛与佛子持明者们， 以敕令誓言灌顶加持之，护法誓盟部众及其眷属，智慧世间傲慢男女众，降临于此享用誓物血之朵玛，祈请供养，圆满甚深誓言，以教令和誓言为凭证，委托事业是，护持佛法，增上三宝威光，守护僧团，弘扬讲修教法，于我等修行殊胜瑜伽士及眷属，直至菩提永不分离， 守护救护，息灭地道障碍违逆恶方，以及恐惧痛苦不悦意，增上寿命福德财富证悟功德，以及政教权势吉祥善妙，以三界四种信乐摄集权势，于一切时中成办无量事业，心中所想之敌魔障碍，以猛烈事业彻底摧毁，享用血肉骨髓生命，不违背教令和誓言，三昧耶。此后忏悔是， 吼！ 祈请诸佛护法誓盟海众垂念， 禅修念诵要诀违越誓言，以及修供酬补事业之物仪轨， 如法不具足违背错谬皆忏悔， 嗡 班扎 萨埵 萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体：ओंसर्वसत्त्वसमय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，誓言）等。

In order to seize the lives of demons, you emanate as the lord who transforms the appearance of existence. I praise the retinue of the life-seizing King Pehar. Noble Avalokiteśvara, the essence of compassion, arises as the guru of the gods who controls the three realms. Gathering the beings of the six realms into your retinue and employing them as servants, I prostrate and praise the retinue of the great god, Powerful Lord. Vajrapani, the essence of mind, in order to benefit the teachings and beings and to subdue obstacles, you emanate as the lord of swift and miraculous power. I prostrate and praise the retinue of Vajra Lekpa. Mañjuśrī, the essence of the body of the Sugata, arises as the lord of all yakshas, Protecting the Buddha's teachings and saving beings from poverty, I prostrate and praise the retinue of the wealth deity, Namse. Hūṃ! All the wisdom world-protecting mothers, whose essence is one but whose forms are diverse, skillfully manifesting various forms, I praise the assembly of the nine classes of arrogant ones who carry out your commands. Then, when requesting fulfillment of wishes and entrusting activities, Hūṃ! By the Buddhas and bodhisattvas, the vidyādharas, By the command, vows, empowerment, and blessings, the oath-bound protectors and their retinues, the arrogant male and female hosts of wisdom and the world, come here and accept the torma of red substances, the pledge. I request and offer, fulfilling your powerful samaya. Establishing the command and oath as witness, the entrusted activity is: Protecting the Buddha's teachings, increasing the glory of the Three Jewels, protecting the sangha, propagating the teachings of explanation and practice, for us, the supreme practitioners, yogis, and retinue, until enlightenment, without separation, Protect and guard. Pacify obstacles on the path, unfavorable and evil forces, as well as fear, suffering, and all that is undesirable. Increase life, merit, wealth, realization, qualities, as well as religious and political power, auspiciousness, and goodness. Subjugate the three realms with the four kinds of devotion. Accomplish vast activities at all times. Completely destroy all enemies, obstructors, and harm-doers who are in your mind with fierce and wrathful actions. Devour flesh, blood, bones, and life with ferocity. Do not transgress the command and oath. Samaya. Then, the confession to be done is: Ho! Dharma protectors, ocean of oath-bound ones, please consider. Meditation, recitation, essential points, transgressions of vows, and the materials and rituals for fulfilling and offering, whatever is incomplete or mistaken according to the texts, I confess.
