The control of the earth: Ṭha. After the strict oath, praise the assembly of the eight arrogant classes. Samaya! Hoḥ! Taking the great planet as the chief, all the Dharma-protecting arrogant hosts, do not delay when summoned, do not be distant when practicing, do not be slow when urged, do not diminish power when cursing, do not weaken skill in entrusted tasks, do not be far away when relied upon. You who have previous oaths, quickly come to this place of summoning, bestow blessings on this place of practice, rely on us, be inseparable friends, curse, rush upon the enemy, entrust, the responsibility of the task is, the hated enemy so-and-so, now please accomplish the activity of killing. Existence and appearance are pervaded by you, Without going or coming, liberate by subduing. By holding your name and reciting mantras, without delay of a year or a month, liberate the enemy in a matter of days. Kill the strong enemy with a sword, Kill the young enemy with disease, let the old enemy beat his chest, quickly kill without a trace. People, wealth, livestock, and food, devour everything without leaving anything behind. If wealth and so on from the enemy's side are offered to us, then at the same time, the enemy's, people, wealth, food, and enjoyment, please consume endlessly. From our side, blessings and, protective vows, the Three Jewels, etc., as soon as they reach the enemy's side, the enemy's life, fortune, soul, and wealth, let them be destroyed as if by fire and water. At all times and in all ways, may we, the teacher, disciples, and retinue, fulfill our wishes and hopes, be inseparable friends, accomplish activities, and show signs and omens according to the scriptures during practice. First is the command of Vajrapani, in the middle is the oath of the great Orgyen (Padmasambhava), and finally the words of the Vidyadhara lineage. It is indeed so, please accomplish it in this way. Then, in order to accomplish fierce activities, do this: transform yourself from the position of the Lord of Secrets (Vajrapani), become the wisdom planet Black Robe, the upper half of the body is human, the lower half coiled into a snake, the head and body are filled with eyes, on top of the extremely terrifying nine wrathful faces, the crow's head makes a hoarse cry, in the four hands, the first two hold a sword and a makara banner, the latter two hold a horn bow and arrow, Ṭha. Draw the bow, the flames of wisdom blaze fiercely.
