Do not waste your life in idleness, but gather your thoughts from within and quickly strive for essential practice. This is the instruction for ending bad deeds. Thinking of practicing Dharma after finishing worldly affairs is like being controlled by demons before even practicing Dharma. Do not do that. Once you enter the gate of Dharma, until the end of your life, be diligent without relaxation. Day and night, without interruption, guard the three doors, not allowing them to be influenced by carelessness and non-Dharma, and wholeheartedly devote yourself to the practice of primordial purity (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་, Wylie: ka dag) and spontaneous presence (Tibetan: ལྷུན་གྲུབ་, Wylie: lhun grub). It is extremely important to persevere in practice and cultivate perseverance and endurance. In this way, dedicating one's life to Dharma is the best, dedicating half of one's life to Dharma is the middle, and even the lowest should practice for a few months. If you do not practice even for such a short time, you are a person without a brain, empty inside, without reliance in this life or the next, and without merit. Look at my previous wasted life, and now this remaining life like the setting sun in the clouds, If you do not grasp the path of liberation, it will be difficult to obtain a precious human body again. It is difficult to meet a qualified lama, and it is difficult to encounter the profound teachings of the Dharma. Think carefully about these reasons. Do not let the instructions leak, and do not be reproached by a qualified lama; keep your vows, without hidden faults, and do not be reproached by the Dharma protectors; Dedicate your life to Dharma, and at the time of death, have no regrets, and do not be reproached by yourself. Now, whether in worldly or Dharma matters, even if you have high status, power, and wealth, be humble like a leper. Even if you encounter bad environments and misfortunes, and suffer, maintain inner courage, do not be discouraged, and like a madman, understand that everything is an illusion and a dream. There are also some people who abandon their small families, go to other places, and claim to be hermits, using lies and deception to deceive others, but build large families, wasting time on worldly activities and wrong paths, which is very sad. As Je Milarepa said: If a practitioner does not live in a secluded place, there is no greater downfall than that. There are also some people who pose as old lamas, claiming to have the ability to liberate the dead and save the living. They use the corpses of the dead and other things to exchange for rewards, and live their lives in this way.

There, To presumptuously consider oneself virtuous is like a lama who takes by means and a robber who takes by means. Their thoughts and actions are the same, therefore they have become objects of great compassion. Therefore, one must control oneself and quickly strive to accomplish the great matter of the future. Fourth, the way to reach the ultimate state of liberation is: First, learning, etc. is to become a Buddha. First, rely on a qualified and sacred Vajra Master, and without error, rely on learning to understand what should be practiced, and understand through the wisdom of hearing. In the middle, through examination and analysis, experience arises in one's own mind, and one realizes through the wisdom of thinking. Finally, through familiarizing oneself with the meaning of realization, one must achieve the ultimate limit of the four unwavering liberations. It is necessary to do this. If it is not so, liberation cannot be attained merely through knowing and realizing. For example, even if there is as much food as Mount Meru, one will not be full if one does not eat it. It is like this. Abandoning nine activities, one gains stability in oneself through the power of the wisdom of meditation, just as darkness does not arise when dawn breaks. When awareness pervades the vast expanse of the sky, awareness gains self-confidence in itself. But even that is not enough to become a Buddha. The appearance of phenomena is transformed into the nature of reality, the root of samsara is destroyed, dualistic clinging is directly liberated, the appearance of self and other dissolves into the realm of reality, and the clinging of attachment, aversion, hope, and fear is pacified. Ignorance awakens from the ground, the eye of reality is attained, the root of self-grasping is severed, and the mind of grasping ceases. The rays of the grasper and the grasped are severed from the heart, and the object of the grasped ceases. The thoughts of dualistic appearance cease, and samsara and nirvana are equally vast. At this time, the body is like a corpse in a charnel ground, and even if surrounded by hundreds of executioners, there is no fear or shame. Speech is like the echo of a cliff, no longer repeating the words of others, but the wind of speech subsides in itself, and the movement is liberated in itself. The mind is like a rainbow dissolving in the sky, the appearance of phenomena dissolves into reality, and there is not even a trace of the appearance and mind of samsara. The realm of reality is completely perfect, primordial purity, vast and boundless in a state free from elaboration, and this is reaching the state of liberation.
