It is understood as being completely open and expansive in the play of clarity. Abiding in awareness is like the king of Mount Meru in the center, unwavering, awareness spends time without moving even for a moment from the state of self-illuminating great awareness. Abiding in appearance and mind is that all phenomena of appearance are self-empty and self-illuminating, not objectified by the mind, not grasped by the mind, not bound by awareness, but completely open and expansive. Therefore, there is no basis for acceptance or rejection, clarity and emptiness are inseparable, there is no doubt of right or wrong, and one has gone to vast liberation. If summarized in one word, the great perfection of Dharma-nature is the general basis of the three realms of samsara and nirvana, and it is the great expanse in which the three realms of samsara and nirvana are perfected. Seeing its state and reality as it is, is the view. When one sees one's own nature in this way, one gains control over the original, primordial ground, because one has taken one's own place in one's own place, so awareness awakens to one's own nature, and from the state of vastness, pervasiveness, and freedom from elaboration, one is unwavering, which is meditation free from objectification and attachment. For example, when a drop of water merges into the ocean, it becomes inseparable from the ocean. When a vase is broken, the inner and outer space become one, and it is impossible to divide the space into different parts, but it is pervasive, expansive, and becomes boundless space. Similarly, the awareness that abides in the basis of the Dharmakaya, meets with its own nature, and in this state, there is no other way than to abide without making any modifications. If one does not understand in this way, even if the ground and the mind have no inner and outer distinctions, one will, because of attachment to the self, attach to the self as inner, and attach to the ground as outer, thus separating inner and outer. For example, water Is originally self-liberated, just as cold frost uses a rope to freeze water into ice. The ground is originally self-liberated, but is bound by the rope of attachment to the self, Thus the entire samsara appears and is formed. Its state, etc., is beyond thought. After knowing and understanding its state as it is, from the aspect of the body, external actions, such as walking, sitting, moving, etc., internal actions, such as prostrations, circumambulations, etc., secret actions, such as dancing, making mudras, etc., do nothing, but like a corpse in a charnel ground, abide in a state of great abandonment of doing. From the aspect of speech, external actions, such as various meaningless idle talks, internal actions, such as recitations, repetitions, secret actions, such as counting the mantras of close practice of the yidam, etc., all stop, and abide like a mute.

, and the external activities of the mind, the various conceptualizations that are completely aroused by the five poisons and the three poisons, and the internal activity, which is mind training, becoming accustomed to good thoughts. Having abandoned those activities of abiding in worldly meditation, like the autumn dawn sky that is not defiled by the faults of dust and the three darknesses, without fabrication or correction, naturally Remaining unmoving in the state of clear light is what is called equipoise. Like that, by abandoning the nine activities, there is the great abandonment of nothing to do, and the state of beyond-mind, not fabricated by the mind. It can also be said like that. In the state of that very key point, confidence will be attained. When the self-nature Samantabhadra manifests, by the key point of seeing that there is no Buddha other than self-awareness, even if one sees Buddhas filling the sky, one attains confidence without even a little faith. Having determined samsara and nirvana as self-appearance, one attains the confidence of not expecting other causes and results than self-enlightenment in one's own face. When the self-nature Samantabhadra comes upon oneself, even if surrounded by hundreds of executioners, one attains the confidence of being without fear or timidity. Because of realizing that samsara is without name, one attains the confidence of having no doubt about samsara and the lower realms. That is how confidence is attained. That is the key point of equipoise, and until it is attained, it is important to know the way that suffering results from non-virtuous actions, and also that happiness results from virtuous actions. Therefore, in the post-meditation state, one should not lose the way of seeing, and one should determine that the after-wisdom of samsara and nirvana being non-dual is continuous, ༄༅། །and one should not lose the confidence of meditation, and like being accompanied by clear space, one should not go beyond the great power of the manifestation of non-doing awareness, and one should not indulge in reckless behavior, and one should abandon sinful non-virtuous actions like poison, and even when eating, sleeping, walking, and staying, one should slowly and relaxedly engage in activities, and one should not let even a moment be dominated by carelessness. Wherever one stays, the appearance should be wide and open, and whatever friends one associates with, the knowledge should be pleasant, that is what is needed. These two key points are to be meditated on until the end of death. If one does not meditate, merely recognizing is not enough, for example, like having food but not eating it, like having clothes but not wearing them. Even if one has wisdom of hearing and thinking as vast as the ocean, if one does not meditate, one will be dominated by delusion.
