It is, analyzing the mind, and examining which of body, speech, and mind is the most important, and examining the place of origin, destination, shape, and color of the mind, etc., and finally manifesting the luminosity that is indivisible into clarity and awareness, and considering the integration of appearance and mind as the ultimate destination of the view. Second, the view of the Longchen Nyingtik school is to inseparably merge and practice the external realm of phenomena and the internal awareness, and ultimately consider the integration of the realm of phenomena and awareness as the ultimate destination of the view. These two seek the view from the practice, so the speed is slightly slower. Third, the Instruction Section also has four types: outer circle, inner circle, secret circle, and the most secret unsurpassed circle. Among them, this is called the Most Secret Unsurpassed Instruction Section. For its meaning, practicing it according to the Dharma also has four aspects: establishing the basis with the view, the way of practicing the path, teaching the accompanying behaviors of the two, and the way of manifesting the result. Among them, the first is the way of establishing the basis with the view, in which the view is taught in the manner of a Garuda diving down. For example, when the king of birds, the Garuda, searches for food on the ground, he first flies to the middle bird path in the sky, protects and rescues the food, etc., and carefully observes whether it exists. When it is determined that it does not exist, he enjoys the food without hesitation. This is seeking practice from the view, therefore, without and, Homage! The four ways of oneness, separation, and spontaneous accomplishment, completely determine all phenomena that include existence, samsara, and nirvana, and realize the Dharmadhatu of the equality of the three bodies as it is, which is the most secret essence of the key points. Among them, first, without, etc. It has been done. Among them, first, establishing the principle of non-existence, there are two types: establishing the self of the person who is attached as non-self, and establishing the self of the phenomena that is attached as non-self. Among them, first, establishing the self of the person who is attached as non-self, in which the definition of the word "person" is: being filled with the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies, therefore called "person"; becoming the basis of the aggregates of contaminated appropriation, therefore called "self." The so-called "self" is the state in which, in the appearance of the day, the appearance of dreams, the bardo, and the various periods of the future, there is originally no self, but it appears as if there is a self.

This latent consciousness is called the self of a person. Immediately after that, the latent consciousness that grasps at "I" where there is no "I", and grasps at "self" where there is no "self", is clarified, stabilized, and adhered to by subsequent consciousness and conceptualization, and that is called the grasping of the self of a person. Thus, this consciousness that grasps at "I" is the ignorance that is the sole cause. From that, the ignorance consciousness that grasps at objects and subjects separately is the co-emergent ignorance. From that, for all phenomena that appear as outer and inner containers and contents, names are assigned separately, meanings are grasped separately, and things are adhered to separately, and that is called the imputational ignorance. The activity of the three types of ignorance causes the three realms to appear and be confused in samsara, and the cause of being bound is the demon of grasping at "I" and "self", as the supreme scholar and accomplished Karma Lingpa said: The demon of grasping at "I" and "self" is the great demon of the three realms of samsara. Therefore, the root of grasping at "I" and "self" must be cut off, therefore I say "I" etc., trace it to the ground. So, is that which is called "I" coming down from the sky above? If the sky is "I", then "I" arises from "I". Just as earth dust arises from earth, water droplets arise from water, sparks arise from fire, and cool breezes arise from wind, if the sky is "I", then "I" arises from "I". If the sky is not "I", then "I" does not arise from it, if earth is not earth, earth dust does not arise, if water is not water, water droplets do not arise, if fire is not fire, sparks do not arise, if wind is not wind, cool breezes do not arise. If the sky is not "I", then "I" does not arise from it. So, does "I" arise from the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind? If earth, water, fire, and wind are "I", then "I" arises from "I". Just as earth dust arises from earth, water droplets arise from water, sparks arise from fire, and cool breezes arise from wind, if the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind are "I", then "I" arises from "I". If earth, water, fire, and wind are not "I", then "I" does not arise from it. If earth is not earth, earth dust does not arise, if water is not water, water droplets do not arise, if fire is not fire, sparks do not arise, if wind is not wind, cool breezes do not arise. If the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind are not "I", then "I" does not arise from it. Similarly, "I" does not arise from the elements of the outer five elements. So, does "I" arise from something that has substance?
