Appearance as the nature of space is method, which is conventional truth; the state of space not being established by nature manifesting is ultimate truth and wisdom. Then, explaining the separated instructions on method and wisdom: Thus, the ground dharmakāya, etc. Gathering is: In ultimate truth, it is merely manifesting the awareness of the essence of the Sugata, without manifesting faces, hands, seals, etc., and without the application of names, it is the dharmakāya free from characteristics. Manifesting that state itself is where all the practices of ultimate truth are gathered and completed. However, for those trainees who have clinging to permanence, as a method of relying on the path of conventional truth with effort and leading them to the realm of dharmatā free from elaboration, in accordance with the gate of samsara. In the play of the mandala of the support and the supported, it is shown and explained with names, objects, and characteristics. First, taking refuge is: The ground awareness, the precious ones, etc. There is not. Also, in ultimate truth, after knowing and realizing all the nature and reality of the primordial ground, the essence of the Sugata, as it is, never deviating from the play of self-awareness, body, and wisdom, committing oneself on oneself is the awareness that controls the ground, which is the nature of the collection of all precious ones. What is that? The nature of awareness, emptiness, is the dharmakāya. The self-nature, clarity, is the sambhogakāya. Compassion pervading all is the nirmāṇakāya, which is the collection of the three bodies. And, because it has never been defiled by karmic obscurations and habitual tendencies, it is Buddha (སངས་པ་,梵文,sāṃs,purity,རྒྱས་,梵文,vyās,vastness), and because all the qualities of body and wisdom are inherently present, it is called Buddha. The self-sounding resonance of awareness, body, and spontaneous accomplishment is Dharma, and aspiring that the play of spontaneous accomplishment and the essence of the Sugata are inseparable is Sangha, which is also the collection of all precious ones. Because it has become the basis for the establishment of both samsara and nirvana, and because it is the ultimate end of all that is to be realized, it is the Lama, and committing oneself without deviating from that state of the ground is the Yidam, and all of samsara and nirvana abide in the space of dharmatā without coming and going is the Ḍākinī, which is also the collection of the three roots. As it is said: The mind free from defilements and attainment is Buddha, the unchanging and stainless is Dharma, the qualities spontaneously perfected is Sangha, therefore one's own mind is supreme. Thus, Rigdzin Jigme Lingpa said: The self-arisen

This unfabricated awareness, as stated in the scriptures, "Is mistaken for a refuge due to ignorance." Thus, remaining in that state of awareness and wisdom, without separation for even a moment, is called the unsurpassed ultimate refuge. In this, there is no savior or saved. As a substitute for this, conforming to the gates of samsara, just as submitting to a king allows one to reside peacefully in that country without harm from others, similarly, if one takes refuge in the Three Jewels, there will be no obstructing forces or hindrances. Therefore, first, in the sky in front, visualize the great glorious Vajrakumara, surrounded by buddhas and bodhisattvas, light radiating from their three places, inviting such deities from the expanse to merge into oneself. Surrounding oneself, all sentient beings, primarily parents, demons, and obstructing forces, are present. The assembly of deities turns their faces towards all sentient beings, including myself, gazes with their eyes, and abides with great compassion in their hearts. In front of them, I and all sentient beings prostrate with respectful bodies, recite the words of refuge with respectful speech, and with respectful minds, Trusting in whatever you do, and repeatedly taking refuge, is merely conventional truth. Generating bodhicitta: from beginningless lifetimes, etc., has become. Moreover, in terms of ultimate truth, what is called "mind" is that from beginningless time, it only clings to the self, deceiving itself with self-grasping, clinging to self and others as truly existent, and developing strong attachment to external objects. Due to being bound by delusion, the scope of the mind becomes very narrow, and therefore it clings to all experiences of pleasure and pain, and desire arises continuously. This is called "mind," not the generation of bodhicitta. The reason for the precious bodhicitta is that when the awareness that is the basis of the dharmakaya manifests, one realizes that all of samsara and nirvana are the play of one awareness, manifests the realm of non-action and freedom from elaboration, determines that all appearances are the display of the dharmakaya, and thus expands the scope of the mind. Therefore, all of samsara and nirvana are transformed into the great play of bodhicitta, which is the fruit of all bodhicitta generation and the most supreme of all dharmas. Regarding this, first, with the wisdom of individual analysis, observe the being of all of samsara and nirvana.
