The emptiness of mind appears as form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. The nature of all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana is emptiness. The nature of emptiness appears as all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana. Close and gather emptiness into its very essence. The essence of earth, water, fire, and wind is emptiness. The essence of emptiness appears as earth, water, fire, and wind. The essence of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch is emptiness. The basis of appearance of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch is emptiness. The basis of appearance of emptiness appears as form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. The basis of appearance of all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana is emptiness. The basis of appearance of emptiness appears as all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana. Close and gather samsara and nirvana into the play of the ground. For example, just as the appearance of stars in the ocean rises in a vast and numerous way, yet does not go beyond the ocean and is the play of the ocean, similarly, all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana, however vast and numerous they may appear, do not go beyond the nature of the ground and are the play of the nature of the ground, therefore it is play. Close and gather the general principle of samsara and nirvana into the ground itself. For example, all appearances of stars and reflections in the ocean must be closed and gathered into the water itself. Since it does not go beyond the water, the general principle of all stars and reflections must be closed and gathered into the water itself. Similarly, in the realm of space, however vast and numerous the appearances of the environment and beings may rise, they must be closed and gathered into the space. Since it does not go beyond the space, however vast and numerous the appearances of the environment and beings may be, the general principle of all must be closed and gathered into the space itself.

All phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana must be summarized and concluded within the fundamental dharmata. For there is nothing that transcends the fundamental dharmata. The general principle of all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana must be summarized and concluded within the ground itself. In short, all phenomena encompassed by appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana are examples and exemplifications of the play, constraint, pervasion, and expansion of dharmata. Understand this as it is. By this, one becomes a yogi of the inseparability of samsara and nirvana. Thus he spoke and became invisible. The explanation of the distinction between liberation and delusion is as follows: Then again, after seven years, etc., the activity was accomplished. Then again, after seven years, in a pure dream vision, when I met the Dharmakaya teacher Vajradhara (རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་, Vajradhara, Dorje Chang, Vajra Holder), I asked: "O Teacher, Blessed One! How is one liberated on the path of liberation and omniscient Buddhahood? And how is one deluded on the path of impure samsara of the three realms? Please, Teacher, explain this." When I asked this, the Teacher replied: "O great being, listen! The Buddha is the one who has mastered the ground, and sentient beings are deluded by the power of ignorance. Both of these arise from the difference between awareness and ignorance. How is that? The Buddha sees the reality of the ground, the Tathagatagarbha (བདེ་གཤེགས་སྙིང་པོ, Tathāgatagarbha, Tatagatagarba, Buddha Nature), as it is, and awareness arises as Buddhahood. Sentient beings are obscured by ignorance and do not understand, and thus arise as sentient beings. In reality, the primordial protector, Kuntuzangpo (ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ, Samantabhadra, Samantabhadra, All-Good), is himself the nature of the four kayas and five wisdoms. In this, there are two aspects: the complete aspect of the ground awareness, the four kayas and five wisdoms, and the arising aspect of the path awareness, the four kayas and five wisdoms. First, the complete aspect of the ground awareness, the four kayas and five wisdoms, is as follows: the essence is emptiness, the aspect that is free from all extremes of elaboration is the Dharmakaya; the aspect of the unceasing clarity of self-nature is the Sambhogakaya; the aspect of the spontaneous liberation of compassionate activity is the Nirmanakaya; and that very ground of the indivisibility of the three kayas, ༄༅། །the aspect that pervades and expands throughout samsara and nirvana is the Svabhavikakaya, the fourth kaya. Emptiness, that
