As the conditions for empowerment and the path, the clear light combines day and night, briefly showing the stages of practicing in the manner of six sessions. Therefore, in order to bring the practice to completion, during the daytime, all activities of the three doors of body, speech, and mind are abandoned, and the instructions are practiced without separating from the posture of the body, manifesting the appearance of the clear light sphere, and leaving awareness in its unaltered natural state. The night is divided into three sessions. When sleeping in the evening, the body is kept in an upright posture, and three times the impure stale air is expelled, then the upper and lower airs are combined and held in vase breathing, visualizing one's dwelling place as a pure and desirable pure land. Meditate on your body as a mass of light, transparent inside and out, without obscurations. The method of practicing to gather knowledge into the vase is: In the center of your body, which is like a clear bladder filled with air, there is a central channel, about the size of a medium arrow shaft, straight like a water tree, thin like a lotus petal, oily like the juice of rouge, bright like a sesame oil lamp, possessing these four characteristics. White on the outside, red on the inside, blue in the middle. The upper end pierces the crown and opens, the lower end is like being blocked by words in the secret place. To its right is the Roma channel, white on the outside and red on the inside; to the left is the Kyangma channel, white on the outside and red on the inside. Both have a clear and transparent appearance. The two lower ends are four fingers below the navel, inserted into the central channel in the shape of the Tibetan letter "ཆ". The two upper ends curve from the back of the neck and insert into the two nostrils. Meditate in this way. In this way, at the confluence of the three channels, inside the central channel, below the navel, at the center of the four-petaled lotus, the essence is emptiness, the nature of the Wisdom Mother, the form is a short, red, and clear "ཨ" letter, with the nature of light, the root is firm, the tip is sharp, and it is clear to visualize with nāda (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: नाद, Sanskrit Romanization: nāda, Chinese literal meaning: sound, resonance). In the center of the great bliss wheel at the crown, in the space of the white light point, the essence is the unchanging supreme method, the nature of the Great Bliss Father, the form is the white letter "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), clear and transparent like crystal, head pointing downwards, dripping with the nectar of bliss-emptiness wisdom. The essence is bliss, the form is water, the function is to generate the wisdom of the four joys, the touch is cool, possessing these four characteristics.

Should be practiced. Then, from twelve fingers above the space between your eyebrows, visualize all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as the assembly of vidyādharas, the gurus of the whispered transmission of enlightened intent, the yidam deities of the four or six tantra classes, the heroes and ḍākinīs of the three abodes of the mother tantra, etc., the essence of all compassion, blessings, wisdom, and qualities combined, appearing as a green-blue mass of light in the form of wind. Gently inhale it through your two nostrils, like the smoke of long incense, appearing bluish-green, passing through the path of the esophagus, touching the short "A" (ཨ, A) below the navel. From this, the essence of the wisdom fire of fierce heat is bliss, its form is fire. Its function is to melt the moon at the crown chakra, generating the great bliss emptiness wisdom. Its tactile sensation is heat, the wisdom fire possessing four characteristics, nourished by the blessing wisdom wind, the flames blazing intensely. Gradually pervading all the chakras of your navel wheel, contemplate that all the obscurations and habitual tendencies of the channels, winds, and bindus generated by the affliction of pride are completely burned away without remainder. And hold short breaths. Similarly, pervading the chakras of the Dharma wheel at the heart, contemplate that all the obscurations of the channels, bindus, and winds generated by the affliction of ignorance, and all bad habits, are burned away without remainder like flames touching a pile of grass. As before, strive to practice the combination of winds. Similarly, the flames of wisdom fire pervade all the chakras of the throat wheel, contemplate that all the obscurations of the channels, winds, and bindus generated by the affliction of desire, as well as habitual tendencies, are completely burned away without remainder. Again, pervading all the chakras of the crown wheel, contemplate that all the obscurations of the three—channels, bindus, and winds—generated by the affliction of hatred, as well as habitual tendencies, are all burned away. That is, from the lower to the upper order of the four wheels, the wisdom fire of fierce heat pervades, contemplate that the cause, seeds, and habitual tendencies of the afflictions are all purified. Again, the flames blaze intensely, contemplate that the impure, substantial aggregates and elements, as well as the diseases, evil influences, sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies accumulated from life times without beginning, are all burned away without remainder. The flames spread downwards, pervading all the chakras of the secret place, Affliction...
